Upgrade issue: Your account needs further verification

I tried three times to purchase the upgrade for my space, but each time I get blocked with a message that says something like: “Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket to customer support.” What should I do?

Asking for the way to activate the plan I've purchased for 3 users

I`d appriciate it if you tell me how I can activate “Enterprise plan” for my collegues. I just payed for three users including mine, thinking let my two collegues who have free accounts use as well, but I have no idea to do it. It seems I have successed to get my account upgraded to the plan though.I know this is the very basic question but we all just started using BOX and are not used to it. Please tell me if this isn`t a proper way to asking this kind of question.

i’ve switched for 2 credit cards, and still can not purchase a box business plan.could anyone please help me out with this issue?we’re a company located in Japan, but wished to purchase online with credit card, online.

Limiting Admin Access to certain data

We have about 10.000 user sin several regions in the world. We would like to limit admin/co-admin access not only to certain functions but to the data of of their region. EU Admin can only create reports for EU data.China admin can only create reports on China data.Is this possible in BOX?

Incoming *.rpmsg

Enterprise standard edition, HIPAA compliant enviroment. Workflow is external Collaborators are emailing attachments to a folder however, outlook encrypted emails are coming in a *.rpmsg and we can not access the attachment. Seems odd that the email-to-folder workflow wouldn’t work for the most popular email client on the planet. What am I missing?

PNGs in External Partner email attachments to incoming folder

We currently have standard enterprise licenses. When our external collaborators email an attachment into our incoming file folder. The system also includes the PNGs (like company logos) from the email when all we want is the attachment itself. It appears as though standard relay does not allow for file type filtering so I can’t send all *.png to trash or another folder.  There also isn’t a way to create a default filter for all users to minimize the clutter in the incoming folder. Any suggestions or insights would be welcome! Thank you in advance!

How to optimize vendor selection with AI

Hi all! I wanted to introduce an AI agent I created that’s been well-received by users so far. It’s built to review quotes or invoices from potential vendors, analyze them, and log the key details (price, item, total cost) in a table format to make it easy to compare across multiple vendors. The real value comes from its ability to recommend vendors based on whatever factors you prioritize — just specify those in your prompt! A few things of note that I wanted to share: I chose to use quotes / financial documents as the content since I was working alongside some procurement teams but this could easily be adjusted for resumes, applications, etc. This agent gets more powerful when you ask follow up questions. Ex: “Which vendor would be best for a more extravagant event?” OR “Who has the greatest capacity?” You control which criteria matter most; if budget is key, direct the agent accordingly. Is There a Limit to Documents We Can Sign Per Month as a Nonprofit?

Hi there, We’re a registered nonprofit using Box Sign. We’ve recently noticed that the option to request signatures or sign documents ourselves is no longer appearing in our account. Is there a monthly limit to how many documents we can send for signature under the nonprofit plan? Hi,When I went in today, I had 2 users.  I changed the name of one user but kept the email address the same.  Now it says I have 3 users, but I can only see 3.  How do I get rid of the original second user and get back to 2 users on my account?thanks!
