I have deleted a user in error. Please advise if I can reactivate her immediately!

I cannot get rid of this upload error notice that sits on top of everything in the lower right side of my screen.  How do I get rid of this obnoxious notice?   

I would like this free trail canceled ASAP.  The directions to cancel a trial do not work.

Can someone please confirm if my teammates need to purchase box subscription of their own in order to access the link shared with them or is there any workaround.When they are trying to access the link they are getting the below error.

I'm sharing a box drive with a friend,I'm the only one who cannot delete or rename files or folders, and I can only add files.When viewed on the web, I don't see a menu for deleting files at all, and even in the desktop client, files revert back to their original state after being deleted or renamed.How can I get things back to normal?

I am new to box.com so I’m learning a lot of this. I would like to establish and setup a box.com account for my client using my company email. If I ensure my domain is verified and my client’s domain is verified, can I switch myself away from admin and pass that status to one of my clients team members? For example My email: [removed by moderator] My client: johnqpublic@example.com If “xyz.com” and “example.com” are both verified can I make the switch or do both domains need to be the same? Ex: Only “xyz.com” can transfer to “xyz.com” or only “example.com” can transfer to “example.com” Also, can I wait to verify the domain until a later date when I will be performing other work on the DNS?

Has anyone figured out how to add a note during a SIGN routing?  We want to add a simple note during the routing of a SIGN document(s) that adds a simple note to someone down the routing line.  How do we add a note without completely cancelling and resending the SIGN package?

we had set up Box few years back and had a different domain name then. we had re branded and wanted to change the Box login to the new one. it did not allow us to do. so had upgraded to business plus plan but even then it was not working.  so have created a new login and uploaded the contents and have bought the business plus plan. now i want to downgrade the older version to a free version as i do not want to pay twice. can anyone assist me with this please as to how this can be done. thank you

I need to restrict access to a folder to a certain group of our employees and not allow the other employees access.  How do I do this? 

Some users in my organisation are locking files when editing them, this lock is being put on automatically, it is not something the users are doing manually. We are expecting multiple users to be able to edit the file(s) at the same time with co-authoring.Things are setup correctly for co-authoring for other users as this doesn’t happen with them but I can’t see any different in the setup.

We often have file requests from external users and we currently use email (for non-sensitive files) or go through the process of uploading the file, creating the link, and sending an email with it.  This process can be time consuming so we wanted to stream line this process so that it could be as simple as sending an email for our internal users.We thought perhaps Relay would be the answer, but it does not appear to be able to do what we want.Our thought process was we set a link up that allows our internal users to upload a file.  The upload contains a form with metadata like the recipients email address and a comment (to be included in the body of the message).  We were hoping to be able to create a shared link to the file (possibly with a password that we could make part of the form) and to automagically create and send the link to the supplied email address. I want to change my subscription from a free user to a paid subscription. Does the storage upgrade right away? Will I still have access to all my files right away?

I am the Box Admin for our company and set up new users, folders, etc. on a regular basis...One of our employees somehow became an Unmanaged User...any idea how in the world that happened?  I’ve tried migrating him and he swears he hasn’t gotten the email.  I’m tempted to delete his account and start over….anybody????I seriously need to know how it happened and if he did something.  I can’t get a live agent to help me and I’m at my wits end.

Hi,I have a business account in Box, but it doesn’t accept my credentials. I have changed my password several times, but I still cannot access my account and keep receiving an “invalid credentials” error.In addition, I created a new account using my personal email and upgraded it to a business plan for three users. However, when I try to change the email to my old business email, I receive an error saying it already belongs to another account. I also cannot send an invite link to my old business email to add it to the new account. How can I access my old business account to delete it?
