We have developed an application for Box, and many clients are using it.
Currently, the owner account of the application is tied to an individual member’s email address.
I would like to transfer the ownership to another account that uses our organization’s email address.
Could you please let me know how I can do this?

Ownership can be transferred by first having the developer of the app add a user as a collaborator under the Dev Console -> App ID -> Collaborators. Adding users here will add them with Admin permissions on the app.
