Hello, I sent a request for signature and stamp, but the stamp sometimes:
- is below the signature (which is not allowed)
- covers the signature with blank white page

When you’re dragging the required fields (e.g., stamp and signature), are they overlapping? You can adjust the position of a field by clicking the middle and dragging it. To adjust the size, click the bottom-right corner of the field and drag it.
If the fields are properly adjusted before sending the request, but you're still experiencing the issue, could you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end so we can investigate further?

Hello! Thank you for the respond. It is intended for the stamp to be above the signature.
But it is signature above the stamp instead
It looks like the signature field hasn’t been adjusted or moved above the stamp field. To prevent any overlap, have you tried repositioning the field by clicking its center and dragging it before sending out the signature request?
