I am trying to create a workflow for User Access Requests. I created a form for submission and have a workflow that triggers upon the submission of the form. I am using the doc gen template to capture the information submitted by end user. I want to route the form for approvals/signature before processing. However, the pdf form generated has tags and raw info that I don’t want to present to end user. How can I only display the user info and access requested on the generated pdf instead of all the tags. 

I am using SolidWorks CAD software and trying to Open these files through the Box Drive on my PC. I can see everything there and in the original proper structure but cannot open the ones with clouds.These are all my own files that I share with one other collaborator. I have used Box for this for the past 2 years and had no problems. Recently we had to move the files to a new account and since then most (but not all) of my files have these clouds under the “Status” heading and I can no longer open them.

I am a lawyer and a few folks at my firm started using Box a week or so ago on a trial to see if it would be a good for the firm. However, I was unable to sign up with my [removed by moderator] , so I used my [removed by moderator] . After looking into it further, I discovered that years ago a paralegal (no longer with the firm) setup a Box account with my [removed by moderator] , but under her name, in order to receive some [removed by moderator] securely. I was able to reset the password on that account, but could not change the name and therefore could not link it to my trial account. To try and fix this, I deleted that ( [removed by moderator] ) account. This did not fix the issue, so I am still stuck with my [removed by moderator] on the Box account linked to my firm, which is not a good solution.Any ideas how to resolve this?

Although I'm a premium subscriber, I'm seeing only editor and viewer level permissions which allows users to download. I want my collabotors to have only preview permission. They should not be able to download. Where to get this level of permission activated. 

Is there a way to send a file by e-mail (Outlook) to dedicated Box folder?

Regarding emails sent to everyone from Box, I want to add line breaks in the email body. Please tell me how.

How can I either Remove Box AI from my toolbar at the right or at least move it so that it is not defaulted to the top and forcing me to click on comments for every file. I get it, AI is your new fancy gizmo, but it’s utterly useless for me and my team. Box is a storage solution first and foremost, don’t force me to use the AI tool.

I’m trying to prevent what appears to be an authorization or syncing issue: sometimes, a file gets automatically duplicated by Box with one of my email addresses appearing in parenthesis after it. I and I alone access this file from multiple different devices---and sometimes by a different email address or login (that I also own). How do I let Box know which email addresses are authorized to be able to access the same file? It’s not clear to me where in the Settings I would need to go to do this. Note that I close the file each time that I use it (regardless of which email address I’m using at the time), so I don’t believe it is a timing or syncing conflict issue). HI, I’m looking to download a folder in the trash bin and it wont let me restore it due to the overlimit storage. I want to download the folder before it gets deleted. Can you assist me- It is schedule for full deletion on the 22nd of this month.

I have been a video that is 15 hours long.  I can only view the first 10 hours and then it stops.  How can I view the rest of it?

My program manager has sent me an invitation to share his folders on BOX. Also an associate has shared some files in another folder for another effort. Last week I was able to get access to the associate's folder however I was not able to get access to my Program manager's. I couldn't set up a second box account based on my email address associated with my PM’s invitation.  I tried using both email addresses my PM associates me with.

I created a folder and am trying to add someone as a collaborator (editor). When I send the invitation, I immediately get an email message saying that he has accepted the invitation, but he hasn’t. When he tries to log in using the link, it wants him to create a new account and pay for it. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Last year there was a functionaliy BoxUtils that was able to generate such report.Is show all names and to which files they have access to and what type of access. This eliminates the need to access folder by folder to see this which is not efficient.Does anyone know how to run such report? thank you

Hi, For one of our employees, he recieved an email stating that his payment method for Box was declined and it came from a [removed by moderator] email address. However, it still seemed like a phishing email, so we looked into it further and it was sent from an AWS IP Address instead of a Box Domain IP address.So I wanted to see if it was possible to talk to somebody from the Box Security Team to see if they could verify this email.
