Error Message: Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for

Hi,  We can’t currently access our files and we all get the same error message (we can’t seem to find the page you’re looking for). It looks like there are no outages. Is anybody experiencing similar issues?

Files not opening up on local instance of Box

I have a user that cannot always open files that have not been looked or updated in a long time. She said it just spins but never opens. She can however open an older file online and that works just fine. She thinks Box is not syncing which maybe the case because she has almost 120GB of data that is syncing to the local hard drive which at best has maybe 90GB which I would say is less. I am sure that Box does not sync 120GB of data every time right? If the file be old Box would have to find it and sync the request is made hence spinning like it wants to open and maybe the can also attributed to a wireless connection that makes it slower right.

Can you use Limited Access App on a free account?

Hi,I’ve been going around in circles for the last hour and a half trying to figure out how to use a Limited Access App on a free account. Is this even possible? I’ve seen various posts from a year ago saying this feature had been “temporally” disabled, is it still “temporally” disabled? I’m up to the point of trying to authorize the app but none of the menus as described in this tutorial are visible for me. Cheers,Michael

Box Drive Cannot Sign In

When I try to open an Excel file from Box Drive, I get the message "The file format or file extension is invalid. Make sure the file is not corrupted and that the file extension and file format match" and I can't edit it.I've updated Box Drive multiple times but the situation remains the same.Is there a solution?By the way, I can open the same Excel file from Box Tools, but it seems that opening it from BoxDrive is preferable.
