Where can I submit a help ticket. I have spent the past hour on this awful website trying to find a way to submit a help ticket....

since its a hellscape FPS venture to try and get DIRECTLY to actual support humans to give a short quick answer, I have to come to the community… I log into my account via a fairly new M3 chip macintosh and newest Firefox browser.Sadly am not using VPN on it yet.Doesnt matter, I can browse my own Box files.I finally find the one I want and click download, but get sent into an endless mind burning loop of Username, password, Username, password, Username, password, Username, password, and so on. I never restricted myself from downloading my own files.Something changed NOT ON MY END since the last time I logged in, that Box didnt send an auto Ai Generated email warning me to take care of as they changed something/anything. Has anyone else managed to get around the stupid endless looping of re-logging in just to download a file you already found after already logging in?

I have logged in and my home page (which listed all my files and folders) does not display them now. 

We want change the admin old man to new man. Admin that BOX roll  has already retired.Ald man adress is dead. Therefore, we cannot see the message from the BOX system.We tried to change it from "Roles and Access Privileges", but couldn't for the above reason.We need system help. I send e-mail to BOX Sport team, but the answer “we only offer technical support to customers on one of our paid plans.”What should I do? 

There are several apps in our Box environment that I need to have deleted. I have them disable but our information security team wants them deleted. How do I go about getting them removed ASAP?

I invited the end user to a folder, but he cannot sign up.When he tried to sign up, he received a 'Verify Email' message, but opening the link showed an error.How can he register?

I have created an account to report phishing content and redirection hosted at box.com https :  /  /  app  . box  .  com  /   embed  /  s   /    66xf5vp5uxd0bhudynd6u3myhqjnwgd6? The above link is malicious and should not be accessed. I could not find any way to submit this.Most websites have an easy to find and report abuse form that doesn’t require making an account and then trying to find a way to report such maliciousness. I find box.com really needs to make it easier to report issues.

I have just enabled the 2FA in my account but the backup codes won't generate due to an error. I have tried several times and there is no way to get the codes.

We are receiving an error when trying to sign in as a Box user from the Box Salesforce app. We’ve tried logging in as admin and non-admin Box users yet the issue persists and I’ve included the screenshot below. Has anyone resolved this before?   

We are no longer (last several months) able to read Outlook messages open in the BOX iPhone app. 

Why does Safari fail to show an embedded video with share option "People with link" (public). Safari only shows the dropdown to Log in or Sign up.  This is only the case for Safari (works fine in Firefox and Chrome) Safari   Firefox

I want to create a Hub, but it’s not in my left-hand menu.  When I visit https://app.box.com/hubs I can only see this.  I’m admin, so don’t understand why I wouldn’t have Creation rights.

I recently attempted to reset my password as I was unable to log in. I have not received an e-mail with a link to reset it. I have tried this many times in the last week with no success. Could someone please help me?

Just tried to upload files from practice panther and I got a message that said I need to re-sync.  Totally lost.  Can anyone help?   Thanks

I am suddenly getting a notice box saying I need to allow Box to access Box Tools when I try to open a document through Practice Panther.  I haven’t changed any settings as far as I know, and PP says it is a Box problem.  I tried the walkthrough the support tab showed, but it didn’t change.  Any ideas?

I no longer seem to be able to copy files from one folder to another. The error message says I cannot do this because it leads to an escalation of my privilege - although my privilege has not changed and this has not been a problem before. I wonder if it's due to a recent software up-to-date on my iMac ? 

I am an admin for the Box drive and have all rights/permissions. I am trying to delete a folder. There are no collaborations on it, I have all rights to it, but it still won’t let me delete. When I click the 3 dots and select “trash”, it says “something went wrong. Please try again.”. There is no explanation or anything. Can anyone help with this. I need this deleted asap. 

Hello, One of our users (not me) is experiencing this issueCannot open account settings, profile, help, basically can’t open anything, looks like account has been deactivated and broken at the same time, hence why it is me that is writing here and not the affected user. Tried different networks, computers, browsers and nothing works, issue is with account itself. Could you please assist? Or how do I raise a ticket?

Hi, I just created my account and cannot upload any file and cannot create folders. When I click on adding a file it says that I do not have permission. I have tried using Edge and Chrome and have reviewed my account settings. Please help
