Good morning, Box Community, We are currently working on integrating Box Signatures into our Workday platform, but it’s asking us for an install package. How can we obtain these files? Thank you for you Help!Victor
I am currently the admin on our Box Business account on a trial, and I am trying to change the primary email/login associated with the account to my preferred business email address. However, whenever I attempt to add or switch to the new email address, Box gives me an error saying the email is invalid or unavailable for use. I tried using my business email address to sign up for the free trial, but it said that it was invalid. I proceeded to use my personal email account instead. I’d like assistance in setting my business email as the primary email address, and if it’s possible if it's linked to an old Box account.
Our admin user can’t promote my regular member user to Co-Admin or Admin and there seems to be no support email or ticket option? What is this product supposed to be about? Posting my issue in a community support forum to get a ticket opened is the worst enterprise product experience I have had in my professional career of 25 years in IT imho.

Hello,We are user with enterprise ID [removed by moderator]Why is it indicated that I have 5 licensed seats while there is only 2 managed users and just 1 external. We took this account as a test account for an integration, hence a limited budget.
I have followed the documentation on how to silently install Box Tools for a user on our JAMF managed machines, and the install fails unless I run it through self service. I have the install policy triggering on user login, and have tried to add different things to the install script to delay execution to guarantee it’s not running too quickly, but no matter what I add to the script, the install fails unless it is run through Self Service. I was wondering if anyone has had success silently installing Box Drive through a JAMF policy, not user initiated through Self-Service? Thanks!
When provisioning users via Okta, we had one error for a specific user. That user was involved in Box testing for dev work, and that must’ve been in a different Enterprise.An error occurred while assigning this app.Automatic provisioning of user XXXX XXXX to app Box failed: Could not create new user. 409 - User with the specified login already exists When manually trying to add the user, I see “Cannot invite user who belongs to a different enterprise” and cannot save. How can we merge or close the duplicate user so that the user can be created in our Enterprise?
My employee originally set up the Box Account. I need to change the Admin user
Our company has never required the use of an authenticator. One person in our company, a co-admin, is being asked to enter in their six digit authenticator code or use the app. Any idea why this request is suddenly appearing? I already confirmed the two step authenticator step is disabled. Thank you.
I am working on a new instance using a closed folder taxonomy. AKA, IT will maintain control of the folders and add employees.I would like to make a top level folder DEPT for example and add a group to it. I would like the users in the group able to create and share sub folders under the Top Dept folder.The one concern I have is that someone could accidentally share the entire top level DEPT folder. I want the users to only be able to share the individual subfolders. Is there a way to do this? If I give Editor on Top folder they are able to share the entire thing including all sub folders. The only way I have found would be to not share the top folder at all, and make the folders they need to share as an admin then grant them editor to just that folder.

Hello, We currently have 3 paid managed user accounts in Box.One of our managed users has left the company, and we need to transfer all folders and contents from that user to a new employee. However, the new employee is currently an external user, so the account does not have enough storage capacity to receive all the transferred files and folders.At the moment, we cannot complete the content transfer unless the new employee is converted to a managed user. However, adding the new employee as a managed user would temporarily increase the total number of managed users to 4, while we are currently paying for only 3 managed user accounts.Since the content transfer has not yet been completed, we are also unable to delete the former employee’s managed user account.Please advise on the best way to proceed in this situation. As the Administrator within BOX, I own all of the data on the environment. If a file is “locked” because of a password or a glitch that prevents users from editing (says the file is open by someone else) even though they have editing permissions, is there a way for me to clear the lock or remove this restriction. This is something you could do on a basic windows environment by clearing the open files but cannot do it on BOX. Any help is appreciated.
I am trying to add user and I have seats available. However, Box wants to charge me everytime I add a user even though I have seats available. What is the fix here?

I was referred to this community by Box Support, so I am posting here in hopes of finding some guidance.Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.[Background] We canceled our Business Plus plan a while ago. After cancellation, some users reported they couldn't log in. Since the tenant (enterprise organization) hadn't been fully deleted yet, we contacted Box Support at the time, and they performed a full tenant deletion for us. Right after that, those users reported they could successfully log in as free accounts, and the issue seemed to be resolved. Hi,I am facing a challenge using Box Automate/Relay:I have a main folder with about 200 subfolders. Documents are regularly uploaded into these subfolders by various users.My goal is to automate the following process:Whenever a new document is added to any of the subfolders, it should automatically be moved (and renamed, according to a pattern) into a single central folder.So far, I have found that Box Automate and Relay only seem to trigger workflows on top-level folders, not their subfolders.Is it possible to monitor or trigger automation for subfolders with Box Automate, maybe by using loops or a workaround?
