現在3人だけの利用が、Box上では5人となっていて、5人分のアカウント料を払っています。サービスは3名以上からになっているので、アカウントを3名に減らしたい。Box上では追加しか見当たらないため、減らす方法を教えてください。

I’m trying to get the Ask Box AI Agent Action to read a pdf file stored in our Box For Salesforce. For testing I’m just giving it the File_ID but it says there is an authorization problem to access the file. It’s not on the Salesforce side because I can do things like get a folder Id based on Record Id and other flow or agent actions work fine. I shared the file to both my Admin and Box for Salesforce user. I’m not sure what other permissions would be needed for this. Full error from Agentforce is:The error indicates an authorization problem, meaning the necessary permissions to access the file might not be in place. I am using content explorer in a screenflow in experience cloud. Getting the following error: In a separate part of the flow I am using the Box Upload component and get the following error:  Network connection is strong.Browser history and caching cleared.Logged out and back into the experience cloud.Folder sharing/collaboration is open.

Last week I was able to copy/paste images into Box notes. Now I am getting the error message “The image failed to upload. Please try again later.” Has anyone else seen this issue and have a resolution to this?The only way I can get the image into Notes, is by uploading the image into Box then linking that image into the Box Note, which is way too much effort compared to the copy/paste process.

Is there any way to export the data that is collected via Box Form submissions.  It would be helpful to be able to view form responses in aggregate.  

I have two Box accounts. How can I merge them all into one account.

had box for years. basic acct 50gb free (probably why i cant get help). I still create folders and place itme4s in folders on box sync file on desktop. it never syncs and updates, and i cannot sync or update in anyway. so I have new data in folders, but when i go to box account on laptop or phone, i never see any new information, synced. how do i sync or connect accounts to sync. would be so simple to work with live person over the phone and fix.

Ich habe seit Jahren eine Box am laufen, nun habe ich eine neue generiert.Habe die Daten von der alten Box auf die neue geladen.Auf der alten beträgt die Gesamtgrösse des Speichers 6,5 GB. Auf der neuen zeigt es mit über 10 GB an.  Die neue Box habe ich mit einer Neuen Email und Admin User erstellt. Warum ist dies so?? Danke vielmals für euer Feedback LG Oli

Box WIndows failed to start. I was unable to access files from Explorer. Navigating to Box.exe and clicking on it started Box. I receved a message that an update was available. I would like to request for signature scopes. I have the starter plan, but do not see it in my app configuration.  One of the docs mentioned that need to request.  Kinda annoying honestly. 

Trying to upload a large file that does not exist on box yet and keep getting error 415 no matter what I change. Even if I have something wrong error code 415 Unsupported Media Type makes no sense here....  If I try and upload a new version of a existing file using files/fileID/upload_sessions everything works as expected. Just cannot get uploading new files to work.   

Hellosince my payment card has expired I am trying to submit new card details. The system says there is an error without giving me more information and I can't go any further. Can you tell me what the problem is, because I have a payment due and am unable to settle the invoice you've sent. 

I have a Box Starter Plan and have one collaborator but don't see where I can invite a second. Would I need to upgrade to be able to do this? 

As Admin, I need to downgrade an existing managed user to a free plan, transfer ownership of their files to a different managed user but keep their ability (on the free plan as an external user) to access files that were previously shared with them (with their existing email).

It’s been >2 years since this limitation was identified and it doesn't appear to have been resolved.  Most managers and executives are always on the go relying heavily on their mobile content to make decisions and find information quickly.  We implemented Hubs for these fast paced executives and now we find that Hubs is not visible on their mobiles.  The work around of viewing it on the desktop app is cumbersome and has issues.  Sometimes creating the shortcut on the mobile’s home screen doesn’t work or you have to sign in every time you open it.  Why can’t Box just correct the application to show Hubs??

Hello Box Drive will not open PDFs No error message, just flashes, but does not open

Not all PDFs have the issue, but some get flagged as harmful and I’m not sure how to flag them as safe.  When I try to open from inside Adobe Reader, I get the “Access denied” error.Please create a ticket and let users know what can be done to remedy the issue.  Opening tickets for a recurring issue is inefficient if it can be resolved by the user.

I have requested the unlock my account numerous times and I still have not received an email with instructions.

Since 2 weeks my notification emails on activity in my box account are not arriving in my email. I checked my settings in outlook, but all seems okay there. Also the test email I sent, does not arrive. Looking forward to hearing from you.  

im trying to install or uninstall box but it keep saying that it cannot update, nor uninstall it because file “box.2.51.233.msi” is missing. any idea? 

I’m having a problem with Box Hubs where if I make the hub public and create a shared link, non-logged in users only see a default placeholder instead of the image thumbnail for any images added to the hub.This doesn’t make a lot of sense, since they’re still able to download the full sized image and see the full preview if they click on it. So why restrict the thumbnails, which are kind of a crucial aspect of sharing a content portal to non-users?Logged in users do see the thumbnails, but I need everyone to see them.
