I had filled in several pages of a document online in the box app on my IPad and then moved it offline. All the information was still there when it was moved to offline but after I removed it from offline the document was blank and no longer filled in. How can I get back the previously filled in information/restore?

When I upload a PDF it is not showing preview for me and my customers (external from my org).  For example I tested (.txt file) it is working fine, but the PDF is not loading.

At the end of the year I would like to archive and remove all collaborators access. I find it very difficult to know who has access to each subfolder and would like to know how can I verify in an efficient way all the people that have access and how can I remove access from Parent Folder to ensure nobody has access to the subfolders once year is over.  THank you very much.

We have a Box Co-Admin account with the following permissions enabled: Manage Users Manage Groups View Users' Content Edit Users' Content Log into Users' Account The Co-Admin can successfully impersonate regular managed users using the As-User API.The same Co-Admin can also view another Co-Admin's files and folders through the Content Manager functionality in the Box Admin Console.However, when attempting to access the other Co-Admin's content using the As-User header, the API returns HTTP 403 Forbidden.Questions: Is Co-Admin to Co-Admin impersonation supported through the As-User API? Is the 403 response expected behavior? If Content Manager can view another Co-Admin's content, is there a public API equivalent to Content Manager? Is there a supported way to programmatically access another Co-Admin's content for migration purposes? Any documentation references would be appreciated.

Good afternoon,Our client wants us to fix an issue where File Explorer customizations are not being respected when viewing files in the Box Drive path on the workstation.Specifically the file name column is not wide enough to display the full name of files/folders in the path, but this issue is not present outside of the Box Drive environment.

I have a business account in Box.  I upload my document to Box and insert the signature fields with the person designated to sign.  When I click “Send Request”, it appears to start the process but then the request is not submitted.  The document remains on the page - there is no error message and no indication that my browser blocked the request.  I checked the requests folder and the sign request has not been added to the folder.  I have cleared my browser cache and tried it in another browser, but still cannot send the signature request.   Is this an issue with Box.com today?  I have not had this issue before. Thanks!

I have a Box.org free account and have limited admin abilities but need to recover deleted folders and files that another user deleted. I do not have full access to the content management and need to submit a ticket for the Box Support team to recover the files, but when clicking on the link to submit a ticket it leads to a page with the only option to start a conversation in the Box Community.

I go to Account and Billing, support, the only option that I can do is create a post in a public forum. I have no option to create a ticket and work with a support agent. My firm is a paying customer, and we cannot get any support at all. I currently have 3 critical issues that need to be addressed.

I’m trying to build a workflow that renames any file uploaded to our Box Client Uploads folder, to the name of the person uploading it. The workflows repeatedly fail without giving any reason.  Has anyone experienced this issue, or is aware of a potential workaround?

I receive the following error message when attempting to open a document shared with me.  We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. This document may be protected. The sender indicates other clients can access and imply it's a me issue.   I cleared cache, attempted to open in Edge, IE and Chrome.  All are up to date.  Any suggestions?
