I had a file shared with me and it's no longer there. Why can't I access it anymore?

Installer 2.44.209

Hi, I was experiencing issues with Box Drive so I wanted to uninstall and reinstall, however I am unable to uninstall older version of Box 2.44.209 as I no longer have the installer on my computer. That blocks install of the latest version of Box Drive. I was unable to find installer for 2.44.209 to resolve this.

Regarding the Method for Deleting Emails from the Suppression List

We believe that a large number of email addresses are currently on the suppression list, and we would like to delete them via the Enterprise settings.However, the feature description states, "You can remove up to 10 emails per day from this list."Is there no way to delete more than 10 addresses at once? If there are 1,000 entries in the list, it would take 100 days to complete. The background is as follows: Users are being created via SCIM integration with Okta At the start of the new fiscal year, around 1,000 new users were created Before their mailboxes were created, user information was registered in Okta, resulting in account creation in Box as well As a result, it is assumed that all users have ended up on the suppression list   現在大量のメールアドレスが抑制リストに入っていると考えられる状況で、Enterprise設定からの削除を実施したいと考えています。しかし、機能説明の中で「このリストから1日に最大10件のメールアドレスを削除できます。」とあります。10件以上を一括で削除する方法は無いのでしょうか。リストに1000件いるとすると、100日かかってしまいます。経緯としては以下のとおりです。・OktaとSCIM連携によりユーザー作成している・新年度開始で新規ユーザーが1000件ほど作成された・メールボックスが作成される

Error occurred during domain verification: Unable to verify domain

When I try to verify our domain from the admin console, I got the alert shown in the attached image, and the process failed. The alert message gives no indication of the cause. What should I do to resolve this issue?

How to retrieve all files from box via java box sdk? It should retrieve files from root folder, folder inside root folder and from subfolders also?

My registered email account was deleted, and as a result, I can no longer access my Box account.

以前は、個人のメールアドレスにリンクされた個人アカウントと、会社のメールアドレスにリンクされた法人アカウントの2つのアカウントを使用していました。!--startfragment>しかし、法人アカウントを作成する際に、うっかり個人アカウントに紐づけてしまいました。その結果、法人アカウントを削除すると、個人アカウントのデータも失われました。個人のメールアドレスに関連付けられている個人アカウントのみを復元することはできますか?!--endfragment>

I cannot see files my clients are uploading and they can't see mine.

I cannot see files my clients are uploading and they can't see mine, they are clicking on the invite and trying to upload to that page.  There is no folder on the splash page for them to drop it in to and even though I can see they are in there (they are sending me screenshots) my side still shows that they are “pending”  This is happening on the last 3 with 3 different clients.  Help?

registered email account was deleted, no longer able to access to box account.

I used my edu email to register the box account years ago. But the university deleted every alumni’s email which was promissed to be an life long email. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the notification before they deleted the email permanantly. I can no longer log into by box account. How to still access to the box account with all my files?

Editor unable to upload files

I’m an Editor and have been uploading files for months. However, I am no longer able to upload files. I’ve tried different browser, deleted cookies, etc. Please advise and/or provide a direct line to phone/chat support. It is affecting my ability to complete work. Thanks!

No option to create a suppor ticket

I restarted my laptop and somehow I can’t access my Box. After following a few dialogue boxes instructions a message is displayed:Your logs have been sent succesfully. If you do not have a support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue.I’ve been navigating 30 minutes through the Box website and I can’t find the “create ticket button”. Guys, please make this easier for us users.I appreciatte your help for this matter.

Unable to send signature requests

Hello,I am using an individual Box account and I am currently unable to send signature requests via Box Sign. Every time I try to do so, I see the following message:"Please note that the ability to send Box Sign signature requests is temporarily unavailable for certain users (you are, however, still able to receive and sign documents)."I would like to understand whether this limitation is temporary, or if it’s due to my account type or plan.If it is a plan limitation, please advise what plan I would need to upgrade to in order to enable this functionality.Thank you in advance for your support.

Complete Folder Missing

A folder from our shared box drive has completely disappeared and no one can see it anymore, it is also not in the trash folder, how can we recover this folder it has years of work in it.

Unable to Create A Box Note

We have a business plus plan which should include unlimited storage but in one specific folder, we are getting hit with this message. We are also unable to upload new files as it is saying “Account Storage Limit Reached.” What is going on? Are there storage limits for specific folders?

Disabling Windows Notifications for Box?

Hello, I have a user in my organization who just receives too many notifications about skipped files / deleted files (not the concern) on desktop , and we are just trying to turn it off for her. These are just Windows Notifications through the Box app. (right hand corner near date and time) Box is not listed as an App in the Notifications center on Windows. I only see Email notification settings online. On the Box app, I cannot find settings for app notifications. How can I turn these off so no notifications pop up on desktop for the Box app? Usually this would be simple but I literally cannot find anything through Windows or Box.

File access --- no setting changes

Currently using a non enterprise account. Been utilizing a file that is shared with me, but periodically file goes missing with “Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.” The parties i am collaborating with have not changed anything but we want to continue access with file. We constantly lose access after a couple month.  No changes have been made on file and location. is there a way to grant access to file further than a couple months?  Please assist.

Box ios Files “content unavailable”

I have an issue with users both in my enterprise org and on private accounts who utilize the files app integration in iOS experiencing a “content unavailable” error in the file browser after the users folders briefly flash/render on the screen. This is when opening up the “box” location in the files app.

Box Drive Will not install on MacBook Pro M2 running Sequoia 15.3.2

I’m trying to install a Box Drive on my Mac and when I try to download the application it fails.  I’ve restarted my computer and tried a different browser (Safari and Chrome) and nothing seems to work.  It seems that no one is available at Box to provide assistance so I'd very much appreciate any assistance.  Thank you.

okta / Box Provisioning error

Box Storage Issue

My files in Box are showing as taking up 138.4GB of space (out of a 150GB limit), but they're actually only taking up about 20GB.For example, the [PROD] folder appears to be taking up 134.9GB, while its subfolder [IN] takes up 0.07GB, and its subfolder [OUT] only takes up 87.7GB (as shown in the image).0.07 + 87.7 < 134.9This issue seems to occur in all other folders as well. I tried deleting some files, but the freed-up space was less than the actual size of the deleted files.
