Can people with public link comment?

I send the public link to specific people. I would like them to be able to comment on a particular upload but recently learned that they are no longer able to do this. Is there a setting for this or are people with the public link no longer able to comment?  Thank you.

DocuSign Integration - Setup

Hello Box Community - I have recently been apart of a team testing a Docusign integration into Box and we ran into a roadblock. When attempting to configure the integration, we wanted to connect the two platforms with a CoAdmin service account vs our Admin account. We noticed that even with the CoAdmin & Admin account had the same level of access/permissions, Box’s folder structure would not populate when attempting to make the connection on the Docusign side. We ended up manually entering the desired landing spot (ex. “Folder Name/Subfolder Name/Executed Document”) and the executed document routed to the correct folder. Has anyone else successfully integrated DocuSign & Box with a CoAdmin account, and if so, were you able to get Box’s folder structure to populate when creating an automated “action” on the Docusign side? Thank you!Chris

About Flow ”Set Template Folder”

I am using BOX for Salesforce, and I would like to use the default "Set Template Folder" flow to set up a template.By default, the flow is executed when a record is created, and BOX folders are created for records that do not require them, just like other records.I would like to change this so that the BOX folder is created when the "Create Folder" button is clicked, instead of when the record is created. How can I do this? I am new to using BOX and Salesforce, so I would appreciate it if you could provide detailed instructions.

Departmental Adoption Best Practices

I have many customers that are setting up their Box environments to optimize department level service accounts and folders to hold organizational information. This enables better content stewardship and ownership from the enterprise, and reduces risk.From a non-technical standpoint, what campaigns or messaging do you share with end users to encourage departmental uses (versus creating and utilizing personal folders)?

Healthcare use cases with Box beyond research

Hi all, I know many of our healthcare customers love Box for external collaboration for their research teams as Box is both a secure platform for PHI and has advanced collaboration permissioning.With classification labels, Box provides real-time user-facing alerts if someone accidentally tries to share a classified document with an external user, as opposed to other DLP tools that delete the content after it was already shared, and never notifying the user. Working with other universities on research is easy and secure, and integrations with tools Microsoft Office allow users to co-author in real time. I’ve also seen Box used in patient safety and quality departments as a PHI-approved repository for problem investigations and policy/procedure updates. RCAs, incident response proposals, and presentations can be edited and updated directly in Box with tasks and annotation, and then receive sign-off in Box with Box Sign.How else are healthcare organizations using Box?

Effective End User Communication

As the old adage goes, “communication is key”.Whenever change takes place, ensuring clear and concise communication is shared with all impacted end users is a necessary step in making the process a success. In most situations, end users are not involved in the decision-making journey, but rather told what’s happening at the end and expected to change their behavior. But, none of us easily change our patterns without first buying into the WHY!All effective communications include a short bit about WHY the change is taking place and what benefit the end users will realize from the change being made. It also includes when the change is expected to occur and any actions required (before, during, or after) by the end user themself. And finally, make sure to include information about where users can go with questions - if they’re unable to get support when they need it, chances are good they’ll revert back to their old ways. That’s not what we want!

Reporting: Best Practice / Getting Started

While reports can sometimes be an after thought when administering Box, I find that clients who schedule reports upon deploying Box stay the most in tune with their end user footprint. While there are many reports within your admin console, I would highly recommend scheduling one of our largest/most customizable reports, User Activity, to run on a weekly or monthly basis. Your end user / content footprint can be extremely vast and keeping record of your enterprise’s Box activity can make your life much easier to take action when needed.

Change your setttings to get Box to speak your language

Trash? What on earth is “trash”? 🤔 As someone who speaks 🇬🇧UK English thankfully I don’t have use Google Translate on Box to find out. The native Box applications have support for a range of different languages and variations and it’s really easy to change to the one that suits you best. All you need to do is log in to Box and then click your profile picture (or initials if you haven’t set a picture yet) in the top right hand corner.  From there select ‘Account Settings’ and then you’ll see a range of options including your language. A screenshot of the account settings page showing the language dialogue box Flick that to the dialect of your choice and then choose ‘Save’.   Much better!Got a top tip to help others feel more at home in Box? Where Do I Enable Box Hubs For My Enterprise?

Interested in enabling the Box Hubs Beta for your Enterprise? You can follow the steps below to enable access to view and create Hubs for your user base.  Enabling Box HubsTo make Box Hubs available for your enterprise:Go to the Admin Console, Open the Enterprise Settings section, Navigate to the Content and Sharing tab, Scroll down to the Hubs section, Acknowledge that the product is a beta release, Click the Enable for all managed users toggle.To disable Box Hubs, click the Disable for all managed users toggle.Configuring HubsAfter enabling Hubs, you can select who can create Hubs. Click the Edit Configuration button and select one of the four options:Disable for all Hubs users, Enable for all Hubs users (recommended), Enable for select users or groups, Enable for everyone except select users or groups.  Once enabled, all users with access will now see the Hubs (Beta) option in the sidebar of their All Files view. Now that you’re enabled, you and your users can begin testing and work
