I need to send files to people outside of my organization. How do I do that using BOX. The notice when I try says that I am unable to send files to certain Addresses and off site addresses due to security concerns with email addresses even though they are certified email addresses

The issue you're encountering is most likely due to collaboration restrictions. This setting allows administrators to prevent users within an organization from sharing folders externally, or outside of your organization. To verify this, please contact your primary admin to review the configuration.
