Hi, i am using HP Envy laptop with Google chrome and home based wifi. I have been invited by a paid user to access some folders in the company. When i log into my account i see a blank screen.

Dear all, I am an admin to a business plus account.I was wondering where can we see the activity per person? As a co-owner I would like to see a specific person’s activity on the platform. I can now only see a grouped activity of a folder and without the details of the different collaborators.Secondly, who can exactly see the collaborator’s activity? I have granted a co-owner access to a person outside of the company and she is not able to see the activity or run the reports. Is that correct?Thank you for your help,Ewa

Hi - i am trying to cancel my account and it keeps throwing up the attached error message. Have tried clearing cache, different browsers, etc………. 

how can I see the list of the full universe of folders that I'm own in box and also the people that have access into these folders?I want to avoid to go folder by folder

I uploaded a pdf file and when I try to open it I get this notice. I have adobe reader x or later. Any advice?

Hi, I’m trying to make myself the owner of several folders. The previous owner has left the company. I am an Admin.Here’s what I tried: Login as the current owner via the Admin portal. I changed myself to the owner, but received the error ‘The new owner’s account does not have enough space for the transfer’, but I have unlimited storage. Under user settings I have confirmed that there is no limit set for users. My account is using 20.9 GB. Could someone please assist? Thanks.

We believe that a large number of email addresses are currently on the suppression list, and we would like to delete them via the Enterprise settings.However, the feature description states, "You can remove up to 10 emails per day from this list."Is there no way to delete more than 10 addresses at once? When I try to verify our domain from the admin console, I got the alert shown in the attached image, and the process failed. The alert message gives no indication of the cause. What should I do to resolve this issue?  

We have a business plus plan which should include unlimited storage but in one specific folder, we are getting hit with this message. We are also unable to upload new files as it is saying “Account Storage Limit Reached.” What is going on? Are there storage limits for specific folders?

Hello everyone. I am an individual user using the free version. I accidentally overwrote a file and would like to restore it to the version from three days ago, July 22, 2025, using features like Content Recovery. Is it possible to subscribe to a paid plan now and recover the file?

I have a file where I’m trying to add metadata using a template we have been using in the past.When I try to save the metadata using the UI (when editing the file) I get back the following error:"An error has occurred while updating metadata. Please refresh the page and try again."I’ve tried refreshing the page and repeating the process, but still get the same error.When I happen to look at the Chrome Dev Tool Console window I can see that the Box UI is getting an error response back from an ajax call they posting. The error says:{"message": "Encountered invalid value for template field key=alfrescoCreatedDate with id=eb….","code": "bad_request","request_id": "d…."}This is a hidden field we have had for several years and never ran into any issue trying to save the metadata. It really shouldn’t be trying to do anything with this hidden field.Have any of you run into this? Is there any work around?Support so far has not been helpful.

I`d appriciate it if you tell me how I can activate “Enterprise plan” for my collegues. I just payed for three users including mine, thinking let my two collegues who have free accounts use as well, but I have no idea to do it. It seems I have successed to get my account upgraded to the plan though.I know this is the very basic question but we all just started using BOX and are not used to it. Please tell me if this isn`t a proper way to asking this kind of question.
