Dear Box Team,I am currently testing the Business Plus plan and planning to distribute materials to multiple external partners via Shared Links.My primary goal is to collect access logs (who downloaded or uploaded files) for each partner. However, we want to avoid forcing our external partners to create or sign up for a Box account. Instead, we would like to implement a simpler verification process, such as requiring them to enter their name and email before accessing the link.I have attempted to configure this in the Admin Console, but I cannot find the "Require Name and Email" or any similar data collection options under the Shared Link settings.Could you please clarify the following: Is there a way to enable the "Require Name and Email" feature in my current Business Plus plan? I am the primary Admin on a Box Business account and I am receiving the error "You do not have permissions to add a new users, contact your administrator for assistance" when trying to add managed users through the Admin Console. I have verified that my account role is set to Admin (not Co-Admin) and the account status is Active, so the permissions appear to be correctly configured. The error occurs on the second Save attempt after the expected "1 user failed to be added" warning (due to the users having existing personal Box accounts). Could someone from Box please help investigate why the primary Admin account is unable to add managed users?

Feature request to autosave Hubs once one is generated.  Users tend to work in a hub and accidentally close it before saving their progress, or have progress lost if they are on the move and lose internet.

Hello.There have been employees changes in our organization and now we don’t know which email/accont has the Admin role for adding or deletin accounts in our Box.How can we find the Admin accounts and re-assingn them?Thank you.

Hello,I have former partner that set up most of the files.  When I take away his access I can no longer see all the company files that are usually accessible to both of us.  How do I remove him but keep all of the access that I’ve always had?

I am trying to add user and I have seats available. However, Box wants to charge me everytime I add a user even though I have seats available. What is the fix here?

Is there a way to organize templates?  It is hard for me to find templates the way I have them now. 

Similar to what you can do in the Files/Folder settings, I would like to disable external collaborators/users (non owners and editors) from being able to view who a HUB is shared with. When an external colaborator clicks the “Share” icon then they can see who the link is shared with. Is there a way I can do this? Or do I need to disable hub sharing entirely?

we had set up Box few years back and had a different domain name then. we had re branded and wanted to change the Box login to the new one. it did not allow us to do. so had upgraded to business plus plan but even then it was not working.  so have created a new login and uploaded the contents and have bought the business plus plan. now i want to downgrade the older version to a free version as i do not want to pay twice. can anyone assist me with this please as to how this can be done. thank you 

I tried three times to purchase the upgrade for my space, but each time I get blocked with a message that says something like: “Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket to customer support.” What should I do?

We have an Enterprise plan with 4 seats purchased. 3 of 4 seats are currently occupied, and 1 seat remains available.We are trying to add a 4th user as a Managed User, but this user previously had an existing personal Box account associated with their email address.Steps we have taken so far:Asked the user to delete their previous Box account to free up the email address. Attempted to add the user via Admin Console > Users and Groups > Add Users Manually. Received the initial error ("1 user failed to be added") and clicked Save a second time as recommended in Box documentation. On the second Save, the system shows a continuous loading spinner, and a notification appears on screen: "Cannot add this user." I have had my Box account for over 11 years & it was greated under my personal email (gmail.com) domain.  I now want/need ot add my business domain to the account - can I do that without having to add additional seats?  My prefernece would be add the user & domain to have access includeding shared links.

I’m trying to figure out the ins and outs of device pinning. We currently allow unlimited pinned devices. This has led to a number of phantom devices still pinned to Box accounts.If we limit the number of allowed devices, does an admin need to remove an old pinned device in order for a user to connect a new one? Can we expire pinned devices after a specific time period or does that token remain active until the account is marked inactive or the device is removed? Will disabling device pinning enterprise-wide force all devices to reauthenticate? If we do not allow device pinning how often will users have to reauthenticate? Is this controlled by “Security » Session Duration for All Users”?Side-quest: Is there a way to block Box Sync since it’s no longer supported?

I am trying to create a workflow for User Access Requests. I created a form for submission and have a workflow that triggers upon the submission of the form. I am using the doc gen template to capture the information submitted by end user. I want to route the form for approvals/signature before processing. However, the pdf form generated has tags and raw info that I don’t want to present to end user. How can I only display the user info and access requested on the generated pdf instead of all the tags. 

I am using SolidWorks CAD software and trying to Open these files through the Box Drive on my PC. I can see everything there and in the original proper structure but cannot open the ones with clouds.These are all my own files that I share with one other collaborator. I have used Box for this for the past 2 years and had no problems. Recently we had to move the files to a new account and since then most (but not all) of my files have these clouds under the “Status” heading and I can no longer open them.

We recently had an employee leave and their Box Drive folder on their computer remained connected to our instance. This resulted in them deleting some sensitive documents. We used the API to terminate all of their sessions. The result returned successful but clearly it didn’t work. Is there an API call we need to use to disconnect devices after a person leaves or does this need to be done manually? Thanks, -John

hi,I am trying to change the email address of a provisioned user from the Box Admin Console. However, as shown in the attached screenshot, the email text box is disabled/grayed out, and I cannot type anything into it.Just to clarify, the email address shown in the image is a dummy for privacy, but the actual user has a valid, working email address and has already successfully logged in once.Does anyone know how to resolve this issue so I can update the email address as an admin? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
