Hello,

I keep getting an error when trying to add an external email to a hub as an editor… The global setting for external collab restriction is off as is the setting for the hub.

I have also tried adding the email to the folder as an editor and then the hub with no luck.

We’ll look into the issue further. Could you please share the exact error message you’re seeing when trying to add an external user to a hub? Also, does the error occur with other external users, or is it limited to this specific email address?

Hello ​@hclackSWH, much appreciated, and thank you for sharing the screenshot of what you're seeing on your end. The Hub settings appear to be properly configured.

 

As a next step, could you please check the collaboration invite settings within your Enterprise settings (not the Hub) to ensure that external collaboration isn’t restricted? Additionally, as part of the troubleshooting process, please review the folder-level settings in the specific Hub to confirm that there are no restrictions on collaboration invites. In some cases, limitations may be applied at the folder level.


If everything checks out and you're still unable to send invites, we recommend submitting a ticket so our Product Support team can take a closer look.
