Hi, i am using HP Envy laptop with Google chrome and home based wifi. I have been invited by a paid user to access some folders in the company. When i log into my account i see a blank screen.

Regarding this issue, could you please try the following suggestions? These steps often resolve common problems with the web app and accessing tools within Box:
