Box utilizes a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) process using vector embeddings as a way to provide the best AI-powered answers across Box content. Good day everyone,We started our migration to Box about 5 years ago and Links within Documents have always been a blocker.  With this we had to migrate file servers to AWS FSX.  We had a few IT people that we had in the past enabled co-authoring, love the autosave.  Now since the announcement back in May and the support of Links, we have been testing with a few groups.I admit I am not well versed with setting up links within Excel and am wondering, what if any advice and tips you may have as we move forward within our company to enable for everyone and prepare our support desk with any guidance for support.

Google Play Store

I’ve been using Box on my Android phone for a while but it has now disappeared entirely. It is no longer in the Google Play Store. But it’s still available on Apple devices.Does anyone know what has happened?

Favorite Box Hubs use case

My favorite use case for Box Hubs are Human resource sites that keep all employees up to date on company policies and benefit resources. To me, that’s such an obvious way to point employees to the right place to find answers to their HR questions quickly and to reduce the burden on the HR team having to field as many questions. But Hubs is applicable across all Lines of Business! Where do you see Hubs being the most useful at your organization?

The type of account you are currently using is a free personal account.I tried to log in from a computer other than the one I'm currently using, but I got an error and couldn't log in.I think it's a security issue, but I no longer use Box on my current computer, so I would like to know how to log in from a different computer.Could you please tell me how to do it?Also, I'm a beginner when it comes to box software.Thank you in advance.

150GB File Upload Limit

I often work with customer audit logs or large video files.  I want to use Box more to store and collaborate on these but that limit is to restrictive.  Are there plans to increase that limit in the near future?
