This category is a great place for general questions and conversations around all things Box. To get started go to “Create A Topic” on the top right and you will be presented with the option to ask a Question or start a Conversation.  Questions could be anything around using the Box product or integrations Conversations can be more open such as ideas, best practices, tips and tricks, something interesting you done with Box or even something you have read relating to your job and intelligent content management, AI, security, etc or highlights from a recent event. can't receive Invitation mail

I have sent invitation email for the Box before My client validated his email address. After this, He validated his email address and I resent the invitation email, however He could not receive the email. (already checked spam, junk folder.)I am assuming the case falls within the "Email on suppression list" in link below.  https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696174-Troubleshooting-Issues-with-Email-NotificationsI need you to confirm if his email account is on the suppression list, also if it is so, please remove his account from it.How do I provide his account information? Thanks for your help.Regards,

Hello all. I have a set of data folders I am uploading to Box. However, I would like to have some ONLY in the cloud and others I would like mirrowed on my desktop and with sync activated. Is this possible? If so, please help me understand how to do it. Thanks.

Box Drive upload errors

We are using the Box Drive app on both PCs and Macs. We have users in our home office in Gainesville, GA and remote users across the country. We are all getting errors when working with the app and have been forced to use Box in the browser. It doesn’t matter what network the user is on we are all seeing the attached error.

yes you can disable AI for a specific hub from the settings menu within the hub

I want to share just one folder in a nest of many folders with an individual. Does that individual have access to any other files other than the one folder I intend to share.  I have tried to test this, but I always get access to the rest of the files which I do not want to share.ty
