I’m being billed $8.45/m., but I’m not using Box at all. How can I stop my paid subscription? I don’t see any way to do that on the “account settings” page.  Thanks!

I see that you’ve already submitted a ticket to our Billing Team, and one of our representatives has addressed your concern—thank you for reaching out.


Just as a reference, Box operates as a subscription-based service, similar to cable or internet providers. Billing is based on the subscription plan selected including number of seats (if applicable), regardless of usage. If the cancellation isn’t completed online, we kindly ask for direct notice so we can proceed with stopping future charges.
