Navigating Box Support

Has anyone else experienced a ridiculous level of complexity when trying to downgrade the number of seats with Box Support ? Our company has been using Box for 15 years and are trying to simply downgrade - but the process has become so ridiculous that we are now either just dumping Box altogether or moving to a single seat - we have provided all information requested and still there are more questions ? Has anyone else been able to successfully navigate what should be a simple task ? Or maybe we have struck a particularly difficult individual at the Box ? Really disappointed as when you use a service for 15 years it generally means you are a happy customer (her ‘was’ a happy customer). Any assistance or insights would be really appreciated as this is now chewing up a ridiculous amount of our time).

HOGO Integration

Can anyone tell me what the Chinese HOGO Enterprise integration button is doing on the document page right-side toolbar (Activity, Details, Request Signature, Add HOGO Enterprise (with chinese characters)? This is hugely concerning. I don’t want anything to do with this company and don’t want it integrated into my online storage platform, or even associated with it. Please advise.

"Sign in with SSO" is not displayed in the iOS app

The SSO setup has been completed, and SSO login is working when using a PC browser. However, on the iOS app, the “Sign in with SSO” option does not appear. Furthermore, even after entering an email address, it does not redirect to the SSO authentication page. What could be causing this issue?

Box Drive Cannot Sign In

When I try to open an Excel file from Box Drive, I get the message "The file format or file extension is invalid. Make sure the file is not corrupted and that the file extension and file format match" and I can't edit it.I've updated Box Drive multiple times but the situation remains the same.Is there a solution?By the way, I can open the same Excel file from Box Tools, but it seems that opening it from BoxDrive is preferable.

Error Message: Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for

Hi, We can’t currently access our files and we all get the same error message (we can’t seem to find the page you’re looking for). It looks like there are no outages. Is anybody experiencing similar issues?

Files not opening up on local instance of Box

I have a user that cannot always open files that have not been looked or updated in a long time. She said it just spins but never opens. She can however open an older file online and that works just fine. She thinks Box is not syncing which maybe the case because she has almost 120GB of data that is syncing to the local hard drive which at best has maybe 90GB which I would say is less. I am sure that Box does not sync 120GB of data every time right? If the file be old Box would have to find it and sync the request is made hence spinning like it wants to open and maybe the can also attributed to a wireless connection that makes it slower right.
