I had checked the status, but at the time it had not been updated yet, hence me posting in community about it. 

We were able to access our files again thank you.

Hello, I can not access a shared folder file. Instead, I get the following message “the page you are looking for cannot be found”

I have tried two different browsers: Chrome and Safari and still get the same message. Can you please provide me the contact information for support services or tell me how to access my shared folder?

Generally, if a user is unable to view a collaborative folder, it may be because the owner has removed them as a collaborator, or it could be due to their access level.

To check your permissions, you will need to contact the folder owner. You can also request to be reinvited to the folder.

There are also common issues that can be resolved with basic troubleshooting. If you haven't done so yet, you can:

• Update your browser to the latest version
• Clear your browser's cache

If you’re still unable to access the shared folder after contacting the owner and troubleshooting your device, please submit a support ticket for further assistance.
