Error Message: Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for

Hi,

We can’t currently access our files and we all get the same error message (we can’t seem to find the page you’re looking for). It looks like there are no outages. Is anybody experiencing similar issues?

Hi @Alivale 👋 Welcome to the Box Community! Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This issue may be related to a known incident: Some Users Unable to View All Files and API Pages. Our engineering team has already taken action to resolve this, and the incident should now be remediated.

Could you please confirm if you’re able to access your files again? If the issue persists, let us know so we can investigate further.

Moving forward, if you encounter any issues in the future (though we hope not), you can check and monitor related incidents here: https://status.box.com/

Looking forward to your response! 🤗

Hi Jey,

thank you for your reply.

I had checked the status, but at the time it had not been updated yet, hence me posting in community about it.

We were able to access our files again thank you.

Kind regards,

Alice

Hello, I can not access a shared folder file. Instead, I get the following message “the page you are looking for cannot be found”

I have tried two different browsers: Chrome and Safari and still get the same message. Can you please provide me the contact information for support services or tell me how to access my shared folder?

Many thanks,

DeAnnah

👋 Hi @DeAnnah, welcome to the Box Community!

Generally, if a user is unable to view a collaborative folder, it may be because the owner has removed them as a collaborator, or it could be due to their access level.

To check your permissions, you will need to contact the folder owner. You can also request to be reinvited to the folder.

For more information, check out these related articles about collaborators:

There are also common issues that can be resolved with basic troubleshooting. If you haven't done so yet, you can:

If you’re still unable to access the shared folder after contacting the owner and troubleshooting your device, please submit a support ticket for further assistance.

I look forward to resolving this soon. 😊
