When I logged out yesterday my documents went missing! The box icon was deleted too… but I didn’t panic then… The problem was when I went online and stuff I had for years was gone… the folders were intact but empty!

I installed the box in my computer again but although the files had dates like 2017 or 2018 were empty!

Stuff I know was online a week ago went missing too…

I need my work files back! I am desperate!!!

did you check trash file? did you by any chance deleted folders in Cdrive?

As ​@jjj_03 mentioned, did you check your trash folder on your web browser? Kindly login to Box via http://app.box.com/login and navigate to Trash.

 

Also, if you are referring to Box Drive, please note that logging out of Box Drive also deletes offline files. Please check out these resources to learn more:
