I have a free box account that I want to upgrade and wanted to know which is the best to choose from.
Currently I am storing files on box and want to give read only access to around 10-15 of my colleagues. I want them to have the ability to read things and (maybe) download a copy but not to add or to delete files. Help please……….

When considering file storage, it's important to take into account both the maximum storage capacity and the upload limits. Our Personal and Starter plans have limited storage, as they are designed for personal and small team use. The Business plan and higher tiers offer unlimited storage.
✍ Note: Accounts starting from the Starter plan and above come with a minimum of 3 seats, as these plans are designed for collaboration among team members.
All of our plans include secure file sharing, allowing you to share files and folders both within and outside your organization. If you'd like to provide colleagues with "read-only" access—allowing them to view or download shared content without making any changes (such as uploading, editing, or deleting files)—you can use shared links.
