There is no specific set limit for collaborators; however, the recommended number for optimal folder collaboration is 1,000 (each group counts as one collaboration). To ensure that Box runs optimally for your enterprise, I highly suggest engaging with your Customer Success Manager, especially since you are migrating to Box as a storage system.
