How do I get product support?

I’ve built a platform app, and I need to generate the client secret. I set up mfa like it requested. When I try to click “fetch client secret” it gives an error message like “this requires two factor authentication” and then just redirects me to the dashboard, out of the dev console. It does not prompt me for the mfa code.

This is clearly a bug but I don’t know where I can get technical support. Can anyone help?

Regarding the authentication settings, is your MFA fully enabled and correctly configured? Also, please double-check that you’ve linked the correct MFA method and verify it’s functioning correctly.


You can also try logging out, clearing cache/browser, and using a different browser/device.
