My 2fa method siste to sms. For obvious reasons I want to change that. But when I try to add a second method, in says I should delete the other method since I can only have one.
when I try to delete the sms method in says in can’t be deleted!
So how can I change this to auth.app and why can’t I add a second method, f.i. Hardware key

Is the account you’re applying the changes to a personal or business type of account? For business account, have you already reached out to your admin regarding the account settings?
You can enable only one of authenticator app, email, or SMS for 2-factor authentication, and only if your organization does not use single sign-on (SSO) for authentication.
