Hello, I was wondering if I am able to reactivate my school email BOX account after deactivating it a few weeks ago. When I try putting in my email after clicking the reactivation link, it says there's an error and I get this message: “There was an error processing your request. The account associated with this email is not eligible for online reactivation. Please contact our Billing Support team at 1-877-729-4269 or billing@box.com.”  I appreciate any help in reactivating the account as I must use it for my school coursework. Can I arrange files or folders alphabetical order as default mode? I see that we need to click "NAME" to arrange files alphabetical order. I want to make it work without clicking "NAME".

Hello Everyone, I’m currently testing the integration of Box with Microsoft Purview’s Information Protection and had a few questions. I read Box’s article and currently understand the following:The integration allows you to map Microsoft sensitivity labels, including encrypted sensitivity labels, to Box classification labels when files and new versions of files are uploaded or updated. Files that are uploaded or updated will be scanned for a Microsoft sensitivity label. If a Microsoft sensitivity label exists for a file, it will have a mapped Box label. If enabled, it determines if a default classification label will be applied to a new file and a new version of a file.Based on that information, could someone help me confirm and/or answer the following?The integration does not allow for classification of data at-rest when using Purview labels.

I am trying to use Relay to move different files to different folders simultaneously by using the multi-file support for manual start workflows, allowing us to select multiple items and route them together or individually within the workflow to various folders in Box. Has anyone tried this use case with Box Relay?  Can someone at Box let me know?  would love to schedule a call to review our use case in detail.  Many thanks!

Hello, I need help from box support team to update primary admin for our company box account. Current primary admin has left the company and we need to reassign the role. Thank you.

I have been using my 50GB Free for Life developer account for many years now, and I am using ~28GB of it, but when I attempt to upload more files it says I am over my storage allowance for the account. Most of the admin screens show the correct usage vs max allowed, but one of the settings screens says I am using 28gb out of 25GB allowed.  How do I fix this discrepancy?

I'm trying to create a Box Sign template for an image release form I use frequently. The form has several fields requiring input from the recipients, but the field don't save in my template, i.e., when I open the template in Box Sign to send it to a recipient, there are  no fields and I have to drag and drop them all over again.

Hey Team,While my local Box storage occupies <40GB, Box online reports >51GB with same number of files.  Can you please help me understand or fix this issue?Thanks in advance!P.S.: I posted the same issue (old post) a week ago on Support forum and was told that the situation should be automatically fixed in 24 hours.  It has been five days since then but the situation has not be fixed.  Also, adding more comment to the old post does not seem to get the support team's attention.  Hence, I am reposting the issue here.

I deleted a user that is no longer with us. I’d like to add their replacement but BOX is listing my Managed Users at 8 while I only have 7. My billing page says I have a seat open, but the “Users & Groups” page says I do not. Screenshots of the pages below.  Help.   

I was editing a PowerPoint file using Box Edit, and after closing it normally, the file became corrupted.The local Box Edit cache no longer contains the actual file, and I am unable to open it from the Box web interface. Do I need to upgrade my plan as a collaborator to send unlimited e-signs or do I need to upgrade my plan? Please help. 

I am using a free account of Box, which provides me with 10 GB of storage. My account settings show that I have used 1.8 MB of that storage. However, when I try to add a file I get the error in the below screenshot. You can see in bottom right of the background that the file failed to upload because “Account storage limit reached”. How can I solve this issue? It’s severely interfering with a project I’m working on.

Clicked the "Upgrade Plan" button in the top-right corner. Selected the "Business" plan. Set the total number of users to "3" and selected "Monthly" billing. As a Japanese user, I initially entered all information (including payment and address details) in Japanese characters. 6. The payment method used is a VISA Virtual Card. To ensure there were no typos, I had multiple colleagues double-check the entered information. I have confirmed that all fields were filled in correctly. I'm currently unable to transfer admin responsibilities from a terminated admin to myself. We have access to the terminated employee's e-mail. when we attempt to change the admin roles, we receive a confirmation e-mail, but then get the follwing response when we click on the approve button in the confirmation e-mail: YOu do not have permission to confirm this administrator transfer, please log out and try again after logging in as the administrator,
