To compare an old version of a file (or the original) with the newest version, you can use the “Preview” button for the specific version you’d like to check. Once you have the preview of the file, you can open a new tab to view the current version of the same file.
Please be reminded that the number of file versions saved by Box and available for access depends on your Box account type:
- Personal Free - 1 Version
- Personal Pro - 10 Versions
- Starter - 25 Versions
- Business/Business Plus - 50 Versions
- Enterprise - 100 Versions
- Enterprise Plus/Enterprise Advanced: Unlimited
