My company has adopted BOX but can't add my existing account with my company email address to the company portal. I need help to get associated. Support said I have to open a ticket myself, but I only have access to the forum.

Most of the pages in Box Admin are showing unable to load such as User and Content tabs. Account/Billing and parts of Enterprise settings are visible. I tried different browser, computers, and networks, same error. Is this an ongoing issue?

Hi there - I have just joined Box. I have an agency trying to share documents with me but on my end I am getting: “this shared file or folder has been removed or is unavailable to you.” On their end it says “Invitations could not be sent to the following people because external collaboration is restricted  by either your or their enterprise”My colleagues with the same account settings are able to access just fine.   

I’m trying to add a Box Note to a Hub but Box is telling me I don’t have permission to add it.I have Editor access to the root folder and folder where this note is stored.What might be the reason? 

We need to contact support at Box because a user has not got access through two factor authentication. Is there a support email address for log in help? 

Hi there, We’re a registered nonprofit using Box Sign. We’ve recently noticed that the option to request signatures or sign documents ourselves is no longer appearing in our account. Is there a monthly limit to how many documents we can send for signature under the nonprofit plan? We have a user that is not receiving the Box invitation to join email.  He has tried with multiple email addresses.Our client sends him an invite from box.  He clicks on the invite(link), and Box sends response page to go get the verification email and log in. He never get the verification email. When our client looks, Box shows him that the Verification was accepted, but our user (employee) never gets it,  its an errant msg.Therefore, he has never gotten an opportunity to Verify or login.Any idea how to resolve this?

Is it possible to restore it after deleting it from the recycle bin? 

I have been sending Box Invitations to a shared External group of people.  A few questions:1 - how long does an invitation stay pending before it goes away?2 - Is there a way to see who / when I sent invitations that weren’t accepted? I forgot to update a spreadsheet and am backtracking!   Thank you! 

Is there a way to disable the visibility of a specific folder from being able to see the other collaborators having access to a given folder?

helloall of a sudden I cannot open my files anymore, neither the people with the link to may maps and filesI get the message with each of the files that the file may be secured. I nver secured themOr the file keeps pending

I can’t find a place on the web site to check status, but box.com is awfully flaky right now,  3 pm Eastern on 6-12-25.  Can’t open, can’t save, can’t download.

I need to automate sending an approval task to several users (10 to 15 individuals) based on some criteria. The individual users will not be consistent, and I would rather not have to update the list of users in every flow manually after every change in employment. Can I add a group name into the Assignee(s) field in the flow? Are there any formatting or structural requirements to properly reference a group in this field?

Hi,We signed up for a Box.com business account with 3 users and then we purchased an additional seat, totaling 4 users.  We were able to invite 2 of the 3 additional users but are stuck on the last one.  The accounts were previously box.com personal accounts and I followed the steps to invite them to the business account.  The final account we are trying to add is a personal pro account.As I said 2 of them worked fine but we are having trouble on the third.  Initial attempts to invite the last person were telling me, as the Admin, that I did not have permissions to invite anyone.  I had just invited the other two and it worked fine.  I kept attempting to invite the third person but nothing changed.  I have confirmed I am still the primary admin. Error received even though I am the primary adminNow, it’s telling us we have 22 out of 4 users?  It only shows the 3 users we currently have added.  There are 0 external users as well.  What is going on here? 22 out of 4 users but only 3 of us

The getting started as box tech partner (here) mentions about keeping an integration ‘unpublished’ - I am struggling to find any extra information about what this means exactly. Aside from discoverability, are there any differences between the an unpublished and published integration? Are unpublished integrations just a platform app defined in our tenancies dev console (with purpose set to integration), where we then provide the client id to customers so they can add and enable the platform app in their admin console?Thanks in advanceA

Hello, I am looking to automate backups from our company's Box account to local storage, partly for regulatory reasons, but also so we have time based backups and deletion protection, in addition to what is already provided by Box in terms of redundancy etc. I am looking at NAS models - Synology and QNAP. Synology has cloud sync, but this just keeps a mirror of the cloud storage, not a time based backup. There is Hyper Backup, but seems clunky to combine this with cloud sync. QNAP has Hybrid Backup Sync (HBS) which I am looking into. Does anyone have any experience with this? Looking to roll this out ASAP so appreciate any input. Thanks!

Hello, I recently got a Business Subscription to Box and I am trying to create a custom URL public link for some documents. When I got to the Shared Link Settings on the specific document, I saw the Non-private custom URL option, which is grayed out for me. Can you please help me resolve this issue?

Hi,I’d setup a Box account to get at some shared files from another business user.  Used my work email address and setup a credentialed account, which I appear to be able to login to here in support, but when I try to access the main application, it tries Google auth after I input my email even though I don’t choose google login - my email is no longer associated with a Google account so can’t log in (my work used to use Google but has since switched and removed our Google accounts from our work emails). This was working for some time until today (but hadn’t logged in a while).  I can maybe setup another personal account and see if they can re-share files to it, but thought I’d check here to see if you have any ideas.  Would prefer to continue to use my current work account...
