Enable Custom Terms of Service

Hello -

I am a Box Business Plus account admin and am requesting to have Custom Terms of Service Enabled.

Please Advise.

The Custom Terms of Service feature must be enabled by contacting a Customer Success Manager through our Sales Team.


To get in touch with our Sales team:

  3. View package options and live chat sales (available during US business hours) at this page: https://www.box.com/pricing/


Once enabled, you can configure it in the Admin Console under Enterprise Settings > Custom Setup tab.


Please note admins cannot accept the Terms on behalf of users; users must accept them themselves. For more details, please see: Using Custom Terms Of Service.
