FTPS Issue

Hello,

I am trying to establish a connection from one of our servers to a customers server. I have some scripts to ftps a file to their box.com account. The ports are open in our firewall but the command just hangs.

I’m curious if because my account [removed by moderator] is a general / basic account if this feature is disabled or not allowed unless you have a upgrade account?

i am using my account and trying to push it to the box.com/doi_talent folder which is owned by another customer and i believe they have a paid account with you guys.

I’m getting no errors, just does not work. thank you for your time

Welcome to Box Community, and we are here to assist with your issue connecting to the Box’s server for FTPS. 

 

FTPS is available to business and enterprise accounts — except trial accounts — for bulk migration of data. It is not available for personal accounts (free or pro).
