I would like to download the signed document after all the signers have completed the signatures. In trying to do so, I am trying to call download API by providing the file id:https://{{api.box.com}}/2.0/files/{file_id}/contentAfter checking the status of sign request, which is “signed”, I am trying to download the document. However, it is still resulting in the document which is not signed/without signatures.Can you please help me understand, how to get the signed document through API.Thanks in advance.RegardsVenky

Hi everyone, We’ve explored options to be able to prevent any user (even co-owners) from accidentally Moving or Deleting certain critical root folders within Box. Right now the only option I have found is to use the Folder Lock endpoint via the Box API, however this is not very accessible to non-developers and we need our business users to be able to enable and remove these locks as needed. Has anyone found a way to manage these Folder Locks in a more user friendly way via the Box UI? Thanks!

I am trying to add a user - we currently have 9 and my admin account says that there is 1 available. When I try to add a user, I am told all available seats are taken.  Why the disparity?

As I understand it, the Enterprise plan includes a limit of 100,000 API calls per month. Upon reviewing the Admin Console, I noticed there are "Chargeable" and "Non-Chargeable" API calls. Could you please clarify if "Non-Chargeable" API calls are also counted toward the 100,000 API calls per month limit?

I’ve seen the example of how to use an app token for a limited access app in the original .NET SDK but have yet to figure it out for the .NET GEN SDK. Basically, I’ve got a Client ID and an App Token that need to create a BoxClient but none of the methods I’ve tried work. Both CcgConfig and JwtConfig objects want clientSecrets or other information. What am I missing?

Is there a more efficient way to retrieve a BoxItem (either a Folder or File) directly by its path in Box?Currently, my approach involves starting at the root folder and recursively scanning through the items, matching each part of the path until I reach the desired item.For example, with the path "Logs/Ben", I start at the root, iterate through its children until I find the "Logs" folder, then iterate through its children until I find the "Ben" folder.This method works, but it involves multiple API calls, which I believe could be optimized.Is there a way to directly access a BoxItem using its full path, thereby reducing the number of API calls my application needs to make?Any guidance or alternative approaches would be greatly appreciated.

I'm the developer of an online logbook for pilots.  For years, I've had oAuth2 support to allow users to back up their data to Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive.  I'd like to add Box.com as an option.  The technical piece of this is pretty straightforward - but one thing I need is a Box.com logo that I can use in the UI where people set up the oAuth connection.  Dropbox, Onedrive, and Google Drive all grant permission to use - and provide approved logos! - for this legitimate purpose (with conditions, of course!). I can't find anything about how to do this with Box.

I have tick all the permissions from App Console but still not able to update collaborator role from co-owner to owner of a user(Member not admin,co-admin) I am using PUT method /collaborations/{collaboration_id}\

I have two questions on the Box waterfall permissions set-up:Users with limited access should still be able to see the tree structureIf I create a folder with subfolders, and only allow certain user categories access to certain subfolders, then these user categories will see the subfolder on their all files page (but not the main folder). I would like however that the tree structure “upstream” is visible to everyone.For example: Main folder “HR”, with subfolder 1 “payroll” and subfolder 2 “firm activities”. Everyone will have access to subfolder 2 “firm activities”, but only the group management will also have access to subfolder 1 “payroll”. In this example, I would like everyone to be able to see that “firm activities” is a subfolder to “HR”, but not that there exists a subfolder 1 “payroll”. I am using BOX for Salesforce, and I would like to use the default "Set Template Folder" flow to set up a template.By default, the flow is executed when a record is created, and BOX folders are created for records that do not require them, just like other records.I would like to change this so that the BOX folder is created when the "Create Folder" button is clicked, instead of when the record is created. How can I do this? I am new to using BOX and Salesforce, so I would appreciate it if you could provide detailed instructions.
