Last Login Report

What you've noticed is the new column so Box Admins can easily track their managed user's last login activity. Here's the reference article for this update.

Yes, it seems the 'Last Login' column has been replaced with 'Last Credential Entry' in the User Details report. This might reflect a broader focus on tracking when users input their credentials rather than just logging into the system. Last year, we updated the User Details report column name from Last Login to Last Credentialed Entry. As a result, some customers may see failures in scheduled reports that were created before this change.

To resolve this, please recreate the scheduled report and select the updated column name:

1. Delete (or unschedule) the existing User Details scheduled report
2. Create a new scheduled User Details report
3. In the selected columns, choose Last Credentialed Entry (instead of Last Login)
4. Save and re-schedule the report
