Is the 'Last Login' column under User Details report now replaced with 'Last Credential Entry?'

Last year, we updated the User Details report column name from Last Login to Last Credentialed Entry. As a result, some customers may see failures in scheduled reports that were created before this change.


To resolve this, please recreate the scheduled report and select the updated column name:

  1. Delete (or unschedule) the existing User Details scheduled report
  2. Create a new scheduled User Details report
  3. In the selected columns, choose Last Credentialed Entry (instead of Last Login)
  4. Save and re-schedule the report

If you continue to see failures after recreating the schedule, please reply here with any error details, or contact Box Support for help.
