Hi,what will happen to Box Sync after the EOL date? Will it stop working, i.e. not synchying the file? Or will it just not get updates but keep working as normal? Are the files currently on my laptop that are synched to the cloud with Box Sync safe?  I am unfortunately on an older Mac, so I cannot install Box Drive which requires a more recent MacOS.

Hi there, a member of our team left the company yesterday and we lost access to a huge delivery folder she managed, I was told I need to raise a support ticket but can’t find a way to do so, please  advise.

Hi, I wanted to upgrade my account, but it mentioned I needed to submit a support ticket… which I also can’t do.  This seems like a pain to jump through hoops.  Please help

My Boss cannot locate authenticator app used when Box account was set up and the alternative method has her incorrect phone number so she cannot log in that way as it’s being sent to a land line. How can she reset her 2FA?Thanks!

Please cancel my subscription/account and refund the renewal fee.  The online system will not allow me to cancel the subscription and I cannot call anyone to cancel and request refund.  Please open a ticket to cancel my account.

Hi, We have lost access to our entire Box account and all our files and folders. Can you help me restore access?

Hello,I am unable to receive verification emails from Box.I have checked my spam/junk folder, and the Box email domains have already been allowlisted on our mail server.Could you please check whether the following email address is on the suppression list and remove it if necessary?<removed personal information>

I use Box for work and have to be removed from the email suppression list. You can skip the cookie cutter message about why it happens, just get me off of it. It is impossible to sign into your service until you do this.

Hi I need to cancel my account and the documentation suggesting a cancel account or subscription from my account settings page is not there<remove image containing personal information>

I no longer have access to an old email address that I used to create my Box account and do not remember my old password. Is there any way for me to access my old Box account to retrieve my files and move them to my new Box account?

Hello,We are currently using an Enterprise free trial, and the Box Relay section is missing from the Content and Sharing tab under Enterprise Settings in the Admin Console. Could you please enable (provision) the Relay feature for our account?* The administrator account is ' [removed by moderator] '.

My employee originally set up the Box Account. I need to change the Admin user

I want to submit a support ticket, but the only option I’m given to post on this forum? I’m on the enterprise plan with the shield add on but the Classification section does not appear in the Admin Console. Looking to confirm if Box Shield/Classification is properly enabled on our account + some prorated refund or credit. This is bizarre, even on free tiers of other SaaS I’ve been able to submit a ticket. Is this common practice for Box?

I tried to follow the steps on this page (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/ [removed by moderator] -Updating-your-Credit-Card-Information) to update my credit card info but keep receiving error. Emailed billing [at] box [dot] com but no response (Case #3641826 and #3643559). The system is sending email to chase the outstanding. When i tried sign-in to create a ticket at https://support.box.com/, it always redirect me back to https://app.box.com/folder/0 .I am willing to resolve this as soon as possible but I definitely need the help from Box team.

Hi Box Support Team,I have been continuously following up with the Box team for the past 6 days regarding an issue with upgrading my Box account. However, I have not received proper support or a resolution so far.Ticket ID: #3641143I am facing the same account verification error while trying to upgrade to the Starter plan:“There was an error processing your request. Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.”This issue is causing significant difficulty, as I need to upgrade the account as soon as possible for our business requirements. Despite following up multiple times over the last 6 days, I have not received a resolution or a clear update from the Box team.Could you please prioritize Ticket #3641143 and help complete the account verification process so that I can proceed with the upgrade without further delay?I would appreciate an urgent update and resolution on this matter.Regards,Ashish Singh

We would like to inquire about data retention after subscription use. If we use the Enterprise plan for one month and then decide not to continue, will the folders and data stored/used during that month be retained for a certain period of time, or will they be deleted immediately once payment is discontinued? In addition, even if the folders and data are retained for a certain period, we would like to know what activities are available to users other than administrators on the platform. For example, even if platform functions cannot be used, will users still be able to view the stored files and folders?

I received a notice that I had been charged for the next month of service, but I had intended to cancel service. Is it possible to cancel now, and receive a refund for the service? I have not used it for over a week

Please cancel whatever I signed up for (I’m crying)

Hi,I am currently on an Enterprise trial subscription as an administrator. However, I encountered a 'Storage limitation' notification while uploading data (as shown in the screenshot below).Shouldn't this plan offer unlimited storage?

Hello. I have been using the free box account and recently accepted an invite from my organization’s admin to Box Enterprise. I see all of my folders I had in my free account and even see the note on the side that says how many files are in the folder, but when I click on the folder I don’t see any files. Where did everything go???? Help please!

Please can anyone tell me what is the meaning of this “There was an error processing your request.Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.” Trying to open a new Box account separate from current one and got this message...

I need to change my email address because my email provider is shutting down. I couldn’t find a way to contact customer service directly. Looking forward to receiving advice/support.Thank you!

I am receiving a "storage full" notification on my account, but my actual usage is well below the limit. I still have plenty of available space, but the system is not updating or allowing me to upload files.Could someone please help me resolve this issue or force-refresh my account storage status?
