Hi! Its that time of year again - I need the most recent SOC 2 report

I went to that the box.com/trust but when I log in, it just takes me to my regular Box folder screen???? Please advise or send me most recent report, I haven’t heard from anyone on the dedicated team yet

We are a paid Box customer and have been asked to provide a SOC 2 Type II report and bridging letter by a client as part of their vendor security due diligence process. The client's deadline is 20 March 2026.

Could you please provide:

1. Box's most recent SOC 2 Type II report
2. The accompanying bridging letter confirming coverage is current between audit periods
3. Box's current ISO 27001 certificate (if available through the same channel)

We understand some documents may require an NDA - please let us know if that is the case and we will action it promptly.
