Restoring folders and files deleted accidentally

We have lost a folder with all files and are not sure how to restore it.  Please help

Just as mentioned early in this thread, to recover the deleted files you must identify: 

• Are you the person who deleted file? If you are then you can just head over to the Box website then in Trash> search for the deleted files. 
• Or you can ask the folder owner and look over to his/her trash. 

When items are deleted from a collaboration folder, both the owner and the person who deleted the item can recover the items from the Trash.

I have deleted some files 4-5 days ago from the company folder and also from the trash.

Is there any way to retrieve them?

Note: Both the file owner and the collaborator who deleted the file can restore the files in their trash.

Here’s the easy steps to restore your deleted files:

1. Log in to Box.com and go to the trash/ bin icon.

2. In your trash, you can begin to use the search bar to find the deleted file, or select the drop down “Items I Deleted,” that way it’ll only display the files you deleted.

3. Once you see the file, highlight the file or folder then restore.

4. Click Restore All if you want to recover all the files or folders in display
