I am trying to add user and I have seats available. However, Box wants to charge me everytime I add a user even though I have seats available. What is the fix here? 

Hello,Is there any way to download the entire directory tree in text format? I would liek to organize my folders and sometimes i have same file in different folders, so i would like to download my entire tree of files and files name, to then categorize it better. Regards,Alio 

Hi, I am looking for documentation on how to automatically create a folder structure for each Person Account within Salesforce upon Account Creation.  I see the flow templates, but I’m unsure of where to get the Account Folder Id or where to set up a folder template (and where to get that Id).  I’d appreciate any assistance in the form of documentation and/or video showing how to do this.  Thank you.  

I received a notice that I had been charged for the next month of service, but I had intended to cancel service. Is it possible to cancel now, and receive a refund for the service? I have not used it for over a week

This tray icon is messing with the display switching on my laptop, but I can't find an option to remove  (NOT HIDE) the icon/app from the tray entirely. Using the tray icon options in settings togglesspecifically *only* Box to hidden or unbidden; the other apps' options for tray icons toggle between unhidden or disabled. Does anyone else have this issue?

We have a user who uploaded several pdf files on May 19th.  He went to check them today and the file names have changed to a number and a squiggly line, and another number.  Those were not the name of the files that were uploaded.  How did that change and how can I keep it from happening again?

Dear Helpful members,I have a question regarding users and groups.Initially, I registered the domain name “A.” Later, I needed to change the domain name to “B,” so I deleted domain “A” and registered domain “B.” Currently, only domain “B” is used for managed users, and I understand that any other domain should be treated as an external user domain. Hello, I was wondering if I am able to reactivate my school email BOX account after deactivating it a few weeks ago. When I try putting in my email after clicking the reactivation link, it says there's an error and I get this message: “There was an error processing your request. The account associated with this email is not eligible for online reactivation. Please contact our Billing Support team at 1-877-729-4269 or billing@box.com.”  I appreciate any help in reactivating the account as I must use it for my school coursework. My personal account was de-activated. I am trying to reactivate so I can add it to our business plus account, but I get an error message.

I tried to change the box sync location from C:\Users\XXX\Box to another path on the same drive.After restarting BoxDrive the sync location is still the same.How can I change the location?

Hello, I'm a new Box user and I'm trying to install Box Drive on my Windows 11 PC. When installing, I click to log in, it redirects to the Box page, I log in, but when it returns to the app it asks me to log in again and gets stuck in this loop. I checked the log file, following the steps in the site's FAQ, and the error appears to be related to PKCE validation. I'll attach the log file here to help you. How can I remove my community account/profile?

Why I signed up to an unlimited storage account, and I´m limited to 1tb?  

My BOX syncs from box.com to my windows desktop. But when I add/delete or move files on my desktop it does not sync back to box.com.My co workers doe not have this problem while using the same setup. I do have these errors but not entirely sure how to solve it. The more button does not tell me anything. 

I am trying to recover a deleted user account and its associated folder map.

I have some users who are trying to install Box Drive as we transition away from Box Sync before the end of the year. I instructed everyone to first unsync for any files/folders they might have actively synced to on their local Macs and then to run the Box Drive installer which will uninstall Box Sync during the installation. They have been unable to completely unsync their files. Is it necessary to unsync before installing Box Drive? Also, should they sign out and quit Box Sync before running the Box Drive installer? Will anything happen to the source files/folders to which they had synced if they don’t unsync first? Thanks in advance.

Hi,I am facing a challenge using Box Automate/Relay:I have a main folder with about 200 subfolders. Documents are regularly uploaded into these subfolders by various users.My goal is to automate the following process:Whenever a new document is added to any of the subfolders, it should automatically be moved (and renamed, according to a pattern) into a single central folder.So far, I have found that Box Automate and Relay only seem to trigger workflows on top-level folders, not their subfolders.Is it possible to monitor or trigger automation for subfolders with Box Automate, maybe by using loops or a workaround? Any help or experiences would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,Yasemin

I am using Box API v10 via the Node SDK to query for Folders, specifically:client.folders.getFolderItems(parentId) // parentId is a folder name that exists (e.g. ‘QCG Test’) The value I am receiving from Box API does not match the Folder ID found in the URL of the folder when viewing My Account.For Example:My folder name is “QCG Test” with an Id (from Box URL) of: ********5204The value received when I query for this Folder ID from the API returns as: ********0532Note: The values above are edited to censor the full ID. The censored digits do not match as well.
