I get the “Email already used in a Box david account but not associated with an enterprise” error when trying to add users. HELP!

Box Driveにて、意図しない大量のファイル削除が発生しました。 調査の結果、ルートフォルダ直下のフォルダ群が削除されていることを確認しています。ルートフォルダ自体も削除が試行されていましたが、Box Driveのlogを確認すると、エラーとなっていました。ルートフォルダは削除できない設定になっているためかと思います。同様の事象が、異なるユーザーおよびPC環境で計2回発生しております。いずれもBox Drive上での操作に起因するものです。 本件について、原因や類似の事例など、何か情報をお持ちでしたらご教示いただけますでしょうか。 Subject: Unintended mass deletion of files on Box DriveAn issue has occurred where a large number of files were unintentionally deleted via Box Drive.Our investigation confirmed that folders located directly under the root folder were deleted. According to the Box Drive logs, an attempt was made to delete the root folder itself, but it resulted in an error. We assume this is because the root folder is configured to be non-deletable.This issue has occurred twice so far, involving different users and different PC environments. お世話になっております。以下ご教授いただければ幸いです。 昨日まで使用できていたBOX Driveが翌日不具合が頻発すようになりました。不具合発生から本日で2週間ほど経ちますが、症状が改善しません。 OS：Windows11Proバージョン：24H2 起きている症状を以下に記載します。起きていることは全てBOX Drive内でのことです。・ファイルをBOX内にコピペできない・ファイルをアップロード、ダウンロードできない・ファイルを開くことができない 以下は試したことを記載します。・BOX Webにログインを試しBOX Drive内でダメだったことを試すと、正常に動作・BOX Driveのキャッシュクリア・タスクマネージャのBOXのタスクを全て終了し、アンインストール・再起動し、再インストール・Windowsのサービスに「Box Desktop Service」が無いことを確認・別のユーザでBOX Driveにサインインしたが同じく異常・別のユーザは別のPCでは問題なく動作 以上が、起きていることと試したことになります。 改善策ございましたら、ご教授ください。 よろしくお願いいたします。

Hello;We’re trying to migrate all our Dropbox data into Box, and using Shuttle is giving us a “You need to log in with a work account” error, even though we do have a work account.  We don’t have a Teams account, but it should still work, or am I missing something?  

Hi,My business partner set up an Enterprise account and sent me an invite via my company email address.I already had a free account using the same email address.When I try to join the new Enterprise account, I keep getting directed to my free account.ChatGBT suggests: We need my free account joined to the Enterprise organization, not logged into the free tenant.”Suggestions?  Please help.

I was on a Box Business trial plan scheduled to expire on January 31.I canceled auto-renew today. On the next screen, I was prompted to downgrade to Free or delete the account.The UI stated that Business features would remain available until the end of the billing period. However, the downgrade was applied immediately and Business features, including file access insights, were removed.I am still within the active billing period and need access to file insights for compliance purposes through January 30.Can Business features be restored for the remainder of the active billing period?

I am subscribed to the Enterprise plan, which should provide unlimited storage. However, when I uploaded files yesterday, I received an error message like “Running out of storage?Your account currently allows you to store up to Unlimited of data. Upgrade your account to get unlimited storage.” Additionally, I checked "Account & Billing," and the usage storage shows a 30.3TB limit. Could you please help me resolve this?

I would like this free trail canceled ASAP.  The directions to cancel a trial do not work.  

We have a free user that needs to collaborate with a Box enterprise Box folder, but has 2FA enabled on his account when it was disabled recently by Support themselves. It seems to have automatically re-enabled itself. Can you please help remove 2FA on this account? The previous support case where 2FA was disabled is #3464643

Hi, my Box account was linked to my old work address which doesn’t exist anymore. Since it seems that Box can’t reset an email address and there is no way to get my files anymore, I want to delete that account but not sure how to do that when I can’t access the account. I also don’t want to keep paying for an account I can no longer use. So how can I delete that account?

I’m trying to use this Nuget package (https://github.com/box/box-windows-sdk-v2/tree/main) to add metadata to files.I followed all the steps in this guide (https://github.com/box/box-windows-sdk-v2/blob/main/docs/Authentication.md#jwt-auth) using the JWT auth method, to set up the platform app, and set up the authentication in the code. I’m using the endpoint described here (https://github.com/box/box-windows-sdk-v2/blob/main/docs/FileMetadata.md#create-metadata-instance-on-file), but when I’m running the code I’m getting an error saying that the file with the Id I’m giving does not exist. I know this is not true because I can get to the same file in the UI, and the Ids match exactly.is there some special permission I need to give the app in order to access my files?

I have an issue with the Netsuite integration. I get this error, SERVICE AUTHENTICATION ERROR,  when trying to create a folder on a tranaction. I can see this has been raised previously with no comments or resolution. Can anyone assist?

Hi for some reason my desktop app for box.com is not syncing with my browser version Also my colleague is sharing files that i would have typically seen and now they are not been shared.  I cannot find solutions on the box nor can I find a dirrect support email to contact to help . This is extremely frustating as I am spending time trying to sort this out that i dont have. Have tried resetting the computer and reinstalled the box app still hasnt resolved the isssue please help regards Gillian

I’ve been experiencing an annoying bug the past few weeks. When I try to unlock a file and the “unlock file” popup appears, I used to be able to hit “return” on my keyboard to unlock the file. Now, “return” dismisses the popup, but it doesn’t actually unlock the file. I have to mouse-click the button to actually unlock. It’s happening in Chrome and Safari. It’s more annoying than mission critical, but I’m curious whether anyone else is experiencing this!

having an issue where every time I open a MS office doc it wants me to "Log in to grant access to Box." It does it every time I open a Word doc and doesn't seem to register. I've had this set up this way for months/years, so I'm not sure why it's being finicky all of the sudden. This dialog comes up both when I fire up a file from a Box/Explorer folder and when I open Word first and navigate to a folder within the Box Drive. This issue is not a problem on my other laptop.

I want cancel my indiv account and have spent 45 minutes following your cancel links.  My account settings does NOT offer the cancel link as your support slides show.  HOW DO I CANCEL my account??

I have tried to follow existing instructions to add a new email and then make that one primary. I NEVER get an option to change the second email to primary. Please help.
