I am attempting to submit a help ticket but cannot find where to do so on Box's website anywhere. I need technical support with my organization's enterprise purchase of Box...

I am trying to set-up my first Box Form from a DocGen and then use a Relay to start the process. I have created a simple document with one field that is linked into the Form on generation. I fill-in the form, without any attachments, and submit. When the workflow ‘relay’ then runs, I get an error ‘No files were attached to a form submission’I did not think I had to have attachments with the form. Can anyone provide some advice?

Some users in my organisation are locking files when editing them, this lock is being put on automatically, it is not something the users are doing manually. We are expecting multiple users to be able to edit the file(s) at the same time with co-authoring.Things are setup correctly for co-authoring for other users as this doesn’t happen with them but I can’t see any different in the setup.

I would like specific instructions on the best process to share a file containing sensitive information with an outside partner.   Is it best (most secure) to invite them as a collaborator?   Can I require an external collaborator to use MFA to access our Box content?    Is it better to use a shared link, which is open to everyone one, but can be password protected and have an expiration date.   There is a lot of Box propaganda (blog posts) about encryption and it being a secure way to share files, but no specific - step-by-step instructions to share sensitive files using best practices.

Hello.Would you please tell me how to create a ticket? There´s a box folder shared between members of different companies, and for me and another person, the status in the collaborations (where it says “co-owner”, “editor”, “viewer”, etc) it says “pending” for both of us. The difference is I have access to the folder and it´s files, and she doesn´t. Would you please assist me on how to escalate this issue so it can be fixed? Regards, Agustin De Carli

Hi SupportI am unable to receive any security code for two factor verification to log into my account. I had to creat this new account so sent this message. Please help ASAP as it has been months now and i need access to my documents stored .  Thanks in advance

We wish to use a Box Note as a template note and then print it to PDF so we can have a client Box-sign it. However, a recent change in Box has left us unable to print more than the first page. Every BN now only allows printing 1 of 1 pages - and that is using the “three dot...print” method. What is the workaround for this? Now we are copying it into a word doc to print which is counter productive.  Thanks!!

I want to set up a login box for specific devices and also restrict access to the box to only certain IP addresses. Which paid version supports?

Hello.I recently signed up for the "Business Starter" plan. I wanted a monthly contract, but it was an annual contract. I would like a refund and then change to a monthly contract. I look forward to your response.

Hello Group! My company recently made the decision to not renew our enterprise agreement with Box. We advised our employees that needed to continue collaborating with other organizations that had Box to create their own personal Box accounts. The admins at my company recently received an email from Box that we have hundreds of unmanaged Box accounts, and we found this surprising since we didn’t have a contract with Box any longer. Our thoughts are that the personal Box accounts from some of our employees are using our company email domain, and that’s what generated the email from Box about the unmanaged accounts. Is it possible to get a list of the users that have personal Box accounts that are using our company email domain?

I’m running a fairly straight-forward “ask ai question” API call, but it seems to be failing silently and returning a blank.  Using the same agent and prompt on box.com in UI on the same file, I get an answer, but when I call the exact same thing via API I get a blank.  I’m using the older boxsdk in python.  This is what my code looks like:  items = [ { "id": file_id, "type": "file", "content": "This is the document in PDF format" } ] ai_agent = { 'id':'40266263', 'type': 'ai_agent_id' } result = client.send_ai_question( items=items, prompt=prompt, mode="single_item_qa", ai_agent=ai_agent ) And I get this response:{'answer': '[]', 'created_at': '2025-09-12T08:47:04.178-07:00', 'completion_reason': 'done', 'ai_agent_info': {'models': [{'name': 'openai__gpt_5', 'provider': 'openai'}], 'processor': 'basic_text'}}I’m not sure what the issue is, I don’t get any erro

Hello - Our Box Admin is registered to a generic company email and we need to link it to an active user to not need to buy an additional seat. Could you please help us change the registered email that our account is linked to? Thanks.

When I try to upload data to BOX, it freezes and I get an error message saying "Upload not possible, please try again" (several people are experiencing the same issue).I'm still unable to upload even when I try again on a different day. I'm in the same situation, how do I solve it?

Hey Box AI Dev Community,I'm an independent dev working on Box AI integrations & looking to test some of advanced AI features for potential enterprise implementations. Currently hitting some access limitations blocking my dev work. What I'm trying to test:MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration w/ Box Enhanced Extract Agent functionality Box AI Studio configurations General AI agent dev workflowsAccess barriers I'm encountering:Need AI Model permissions enabled Enhanced Extract endpoint access Enable Box AI in Admin Console setting 2FA requirements for certain AI features Box AI Studio access (if available for dev)Questions for the community:Has anyone successfully gotten developer/sandbox access to these enterprise AI features? Is there a specific process for requesting elevated permissions for testing purposes? Any workarounds or alternative approaches for evaluating Box's AI capabilities?I understand these are typically enterprise-level features, but hoping there might be develo

Hi, I urgently need to get into my box account. It was connected to an old work email that has been terminated. I can’t reset the password because I can’t see the email. Please advice. The files are of great value to me.

Hi,Not sure if this is the right place, I really like Box Notes, but it's kind of difficult to navigate when there are many notes on the left pane, I haven't found a way to filter or display notes based on collections, tags, types or similar, so I have to go over and read every note title to pick the one I was looking for. This could be me, missing some info on how to do it, or an interesting feature request

Currently my files sync to a Box Folder located on my C Drive.  I want to move the folder to my D Drive which has more space.  The instructions I have seen all relate to setting the sync location upon install, but they don’t reflect what you can do when it is already installed.  Does one need to uninstall and then re-install Box Sync to change the location?  Seems like there should be an option to change the location. My Box Sync Options

I’m trying to access my Admin Console at Box.com. I just get a blank white page. I have tried clearing browser cache. I’ve tried from multiple locations and multiple browsers. I see that others have had this issue in the past but don’t see any solutions. Any suggestions?

Using the web interface I uploaded an enormous amount of files to my box, so I left the computer to do it’s thing, and the thing is that whenever there’s an upload failure it pops up for a few seconds before it disappears.Looking in the files count for the uploaded folders I see differences, as if some files where not uploaded. Also, when I try to close the tab or refresh it I get the “Reload Site - Changes you made may not be saved.” dialog, meaning something is still in progress? Is there a way to view the upload history and see which files failed so I can manually upload those before deleting my local copy?

My BOX and Salesforce connection was working fine, and the connection was established between the BOX and Salesforce until last week. Starting this week, I am getting “Invalid Crypto Error” while Salesforce and BOX tries to connect. No, update is being made on the Private Key, and the Private Key is not expired as well, and no updates are being made on the BOX as well. All of sudden, the connection between BOX and Salesforce died on me. I tried to look for this issue in BOX and found this article which is not so helpful. My Private key is not encrypted to follow the encryption. I am using PKCS#8 PEM Format Private Key to connect it to BOX. Any suggestion or help on this issue will be really appreciated.Thank you!

When I shared a file recently, Box asked the recipient to sign up for an account to view and edit that file. Is there anyway I can get around this?
