I am unable to receive any security code for two factor verification to log into my account. I had to creat this new account so sent this message. Please help ASAP as it has been months now and i need access to my documents stored .

I understand that due to your trouble generating an authentication code. Logging in to the Box Support site would be impossible. That’s why I sent you this link wherein you no longer need to sign in to submit a support case.
As mentioned in my earlier post, i am not able to log in to that account because of the MFA issue , thus could not log in with that here to share my problem with same account.
The only way i could get in here was to creat a new account to reach you. Kindly advice what i can do now.
