Hi ​@bar-dio, welcome to the Box Community! I also like Box Notes and it’s one of the tools I use most often. 

At the moment, Box Notes does not have a dedicated filter feature or built-in display for filtering notes by specific criteria within Box Notes interface. However, related features such as search and organizational tools like Favorites are available:

• You can open and search for Box Notes you have access to using the search icon () in the Box Notes. This allows you to search notes by keywords.
• The Box web app has enhanced filters and quick search capabilities that let you filter content by keyword, type (including Box Notes), date updated, tags, metadata, and more.
• Within Box Notes, tools like Favorites, Recents, Inbox, and Collections help you manage and locate notes more efficiently.

If you’d like to submit a feature request, we have a dedicated space called Box Pulse where you can share your ideas. Our Product Team actively reviews customer feedback for future enhancements, and your suggestion would be a valuable contribution.

I can't log in to Box Pulse, seemse that it's blocked by my admin.

I saw that the collections feature is available, but NOT in the actual Box Notes apps, just in Box…. 

This would be a really great improvement for Box Notes I know. 

You’re most welcome! You're right about the Collections feature. While you can navigate to a specific Box Note and click the ellipsis (...) to add it to Collections (or Favorites), the Collections tab itself is only visible from the Box All Files page. This would still be helpful when organizing Box Notes and other files.
