Some users in my organisation are locking files when editing them, this lock is being put on automatically, it is not something the users are doing manually. We are expecting multiple users to be able to edit the file(s) at the same time with co-authoring.
Things are setup correctly for co-authoring for other users as this doesn’t happen with them but I can’t see any different in the setup.
