Please note that this recovery grace period (i.e., 14 days) does not apply to Free accounts. We are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan.

I want to restore files but they were deleted long time ago like 3 months :(

For reference, paying customers have a 14-day grace period during which Product Support can assist with content recovery. If the files were deleted around three months ago, unfortunately, that would be outside the recovery window. Also, please note that file recovery is not available for Free Individual accounts. The recovery grace period does not apply to this plan.
