We understand how important it can be to retrieve deleted data, and we truly apologize for any inconvenience. Please note that our Product Support team is unable to recover deleted files for Free Individual accounts, even after upgrading.
As outlined in our guide here: Managing Trash
Please note that this recovery grace period (i.e., 14 days) does not apply to Free accounts. We are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan.

For reference, paying customers have a 14-day grace period during which Product Support can assist with content recovery. If the files were deleted around three months ago, unfortunately, that would be outside the recovery window. Also, please note that file recovery is not available for Free Individual accounts. The recovery grace period does not apply to this plan.
