I’m trying to access my Admin Console at Box.com. I just get a blank white page. I have tried clearing browser cache. I’ve tried from multiple locations and multiple browsers. I see that others have had this issue in the past but don’t see any solutions. Any suggestions? 

I’m having the same issue.  It happened on 8/21 and resolved itself and now it is happening again.

We've escalated the matter and confirmed that it's a known issue. When certain Admins or Co-Admins attempt to access the Admin Console, they may encounter either a 500 error or a blank white page.


Our Product Support team has actively investigated the issue and just confirmed that it has been resolved, so users should no longer experience any problems. Could you please try accessing the Admin Console again?

For what it’s worth, my Admin Console is working again as of about an hour ago. I haven’t made any changes today so i assume something was done.
