Cancellation and refund request

Could you provide more detailed instructions? If I click Box Support, it redirects me to the same Community Support forum that I submitted this through. I’m not sure how to open a ticket other than that. I also did try to e-mail cancel@box.com before posting here, and it was returned as undeliverable (address not found)

​@Rona Box Hi, I was utilizing a free trial of Box, and my account renewed and charged me $99, when I was intending to cancel. If you see my account, I have not utilized it since it renewed. Can you please assist me with cancellation and a refund of the $99. It would be greatly appreciated.

I need to downgrade to a free plan before my trial expires

Please refund my account, I cancelled the initial order but I have had money taken from my account without consent.

I was not aware I had signed up for a 90 euro payment, and since demoing it, I won’t be using it. 

How can I cancel and request a refund?
