Please can anyone tell me what is the meaning of this “There was an error processing your request.

Trying to open a new Box account separate from current one and got this message...

I have the same issue. This is a little upsetting to be honest all im trying to do is upgrade to the personal pro plan. I have a plan already with my other company and jsut wanted to create this one with my personal email and upgrade to pro right away.
