I don’t see the  file request button on my Box Enterprise version as I did in my trial Business license. I recently upgraded to the Enterprise version. What am I missing? All the settings are there.

Our team was using the free Box Community Edition to store several important documents. As of recently, all team members have lost access to every document in that environment. No notifications were received regarding account expiration, data deletion, policy changes, or access revocation.Issue Observed: All documents previously stored in the Box Community Edition account are no longer accessible. Access appears revoked or content appears deleted. Nothing is present in the Trash folder No prior warnings or system notifications were received. Impact affects the entire team. Hello out there,I have a use case to implement for my org. We have created an experience site on salesforce and I wanted to show the box content for the user’s account on the experience site but I have tried using couple of option in the folder ID section of box component, but it is not working.how can I make that dynamic folder ID pulling up so that any user logs in to experience site he sees his own folder only and no one else.Thanks in Advance

I updated a Python environment this afternoon and my code using boxsdk stopped passing validation. The environment claiming that “boxsdk is not present,” despite it being installed. I then noted the module version had jumped from 3.14.0 to 10.0.0. I reverted to 3.14.0 and the code again passed validation. Suspicious?

Hello! I’ve seen documentation stating that the Box Visualforce page is available on custom object, but it is only available on the account object. How should I proceed in order to make it available on custom objects or even objects like Opportunities or Contacts?

I'm currently in the free trial period for a Business license.I'd like to test Box Shuttle, but it's not listed in the contents of the management console and I can't use it.Where can I use it? I am trying to set-up my first Box Form from a DocGen and then use a Relay to start the process. I have created a simple document with one field that is linked into the Form on generation. I fill-in the form, without any attachments, and submit. When the workflow ‘relay’ then runs, I get an error ‘No files were attached to a form submission’I did not think I had to have attachments with the form. Can anyone provide some advice?

Some users in my organisation are locking files when editing them, this lock is being put on automatically, it is not something the users are doing manually. We are expecting multiple users to be able to edit the file(s) at the same time with co-authoring.Things are setup correctly for co-authoring for other users as this doesn’t happen with them but I can’t see any different in the setup.

I upgraded and some of my files are gone. How can I get them back? I don't have a backup so I'm in big trouble.

I would like specific instructions on the best process to share a file containing sensitive information with an outside partner.   Is it best (most secure) to invite them as a collaborator?   Can I require an external collaborator to use MFA to access our Box content?    Is it better to use a shared link, which is open to everyone one, but can be password protected and have an expiration date.   There is a lot of Box propaganda (blog posts) about encryption and it being a secure way to share files, but no specific - step-by-step instructions to share sensitive files using best practices.

We wish to use a Box Note as a template note and then print it to PDF so we can have a client Box-sign it. However, a recent change in Box has left us unable to print more than the first page. Every BN now only allows printing 1 of 1 pages - and that is using the “three dot...print” method. What is the workaround for this? Now we are copying it into a word doc to print which is counter productive.  Thanks!!

Hello Group!My company recently made the decision to not renew our enterprise agreement with Box. We advised our employees that needed to continue collaborating with other organizations that had Box to create their own personal Box accounts. The admins at my company recently received an email from Box that we have hundreds of unmanaged Box accounts, and we found this surprising since we didn’t have a contract with Box any longer. Our thoughts are that the personal Box accounts from some of our employees are using our company email domain, and that’s what generated the email from Box about the unmanaged accounts.Is it possible to get a list of the users that have personal Box accounts that are using our company email domain?
