I changed the mobile phone that I was using for two-factor authentication, but I forgot to transfer my authenticator app to my new phone. As a result, I am unable to obtain the 6-digit verification code from the authenticator app and cannot log in to my Box account.Unfortunately, I also do not have access to my backup codes.Could you please let me know how I can reset or disable two-factor authentication so that I can regain access to my Box account?Thank you for your assistance.

I am unable to view option to submit my app for authorization. I am not sure why, please help. I have none of the tabs or options where I am able to submit the app for request.

Can I remove the expiration date on links on multiple files at once or is only possible one at a time?

For the last week and a half I haven’t been able to play videos from the app; when I try to this is the error message I get. I tried erasing and reinstalling the and it didn’t work. I downloaded the app on another device and the problem persisted. Is there a workaround?

I recently went to add 3 users from our company to our new Box.com account, but those users already exist in another instance under the same email. What would be the best way to get them into our workspace as paid members and guests in the other pre-existing space?

[Summary] I am attempting to upgrade my Free account to a Box Business plan, but I am unable to complete the process due to a recurring error.[Steps Taken] Created a Free account, verified my email address, and logged in. Clicked the "Upgrade Plan" button in the top-right corner. Selected the "Business" plan. Set the total number of users to "3" and selected "Monthly" billing. As a Japanese user, I initially entered all information (including payment and address details) in Japanese characters. 6. The payment method used is a VISA Virtual Card. To ensure there were no typos, I had multiple colleagues double-check the entered information. I have confirmed that all fields were filled in correctly. After clicking the "Upgrade" button, the error occurred. [Results] An error message appeared, and the upgrade could not be completed.[Error Message] "An error occurred while processing your request. I purchased the Enterprise tier so that I could enable Box Zones but it isn’t showing up as an option in the UI anywhere. Does it need to be enabled by someone at Box?

I am writing to request the cancellation of my Box subscription.I recently signed up for a free trial, but it seems the account was automatically activated and moved to a paid subscription without my intention. I would like to cancel this subscription and, if any charges have already been processed, I kindly request a full refund.Could you please assist me with the cancellation process?Thank you for your help.

Hi Box team,When sharing a file or folder link from the Box desktop app on Mac, a "Shared link copied to clipboard" banner appears at the top of the Share dialog every time. Could you add a setting to disable this confirmation banner? It's not a macOS system notification and isn't controlled by Notification settings, so there's currently no way to turn it off.A simple toggle in app preferences (or auto-dismiss without the banner at all) would be great. Thanks!

Hello! I just created a new personal account with Box and signed out with my institutional account. I can sign in to the new account on box.com but I am unable to do so on the Mac App. I keep getting in a loop wherer the app takes me to box.com to sign-in, the web sign-in opens the box app, and then it gives me the same message that I need to sign in on box.com, and so on over and over again. I uninstalled box from mac, downlaoded box rester app and ran it. Both did not work.

Can't restore important files from Trash - "not enough space" error, but Trash shouldn't count toward quotaHi,I accidentally lost important files from my Box account and they're currently sitting in Trash. When I try to restore them, I get this error:"We could not perform this action because you do not have enough space in your account."My account is on the 10GB free plan. According to Box's own documentation, items in Trash should not count toward my total storage allocation - so this looks like a storage count/calculation issue on my account rather than an actual lack of space.Could someone from the Box team please recalculate/correct my storage count so I can restore these files? This is time-sensitive as Trash items are eventually purged permanently. Thank you for your help.

Hi, I have been using Box Sync for around 10 years, just for my wife and I to share files on PC, laptop, phones and tablets so that we can have access when we need it. The total of our files is less that 3GB and they are all synced to all devices. As Box Sync is nearing EOL I’m wondering if Box Drive will work just the same or if I will have to configure it differently.Any help gratefully received.Andy.

I am clicking on the email verification link the second I get it and it says its expired!  Not the best first impression

We are using a free box account to store files for a small, local non-profit.  I am stepping away from the board.  How can we change the main email to someone else?

I'm curious what could be causing pending collaboration invites to auto-remove on our enterprise. I've had about two dozen pending invites silently disappear over the last two months, and I can't figure out where it's coming from on our end.A few relevant things:In Admin Console under Content & Sharing → Invited Collaborators Expiration Settings, "Automatically remove invited collaborators" is unchecked and has been for as long as I remember. I haven't changed enterprise settings in months. The admin log shows COLLABORATION_REMOVE events created by user ID 1 with no login, always around 30 days after the original invite.

Since I'm unable to contact anyone at the company, I'd love to rely on the insights and wisdom of the community. I have three users on my company account, I am the admin and I have created a file structure. I would like my other two colleagues to see the exact same file structure when they login. If they make any changes, it would also reflect on the other two people's visibility as well. How do I do that?

Hi!I have had access to multiple shared folders for years now and suddenly  I can see their contents anymore. Unfortunately, I do not remember the person’s name who was the admin of that folder, so I cannot get in touch with him. Can you help me with this? Please let me know if you need any additional information (e.g. the folders’ names)!Thank you in advance!

I have sent an invite to a user and they have accepted it (I received the confirmation email), but when they try to set-up their account the email to verify the account does not come through. They have checked spam/junk. Is there another way to set them up?

Hi!I´m trying to configure a shareable link allowing anyone with the link to see the folder. But it only allow me to set the link to invited users. I have looked at my folder config, and it´s marked that only collaborators can access the links, and this checkbox is disabled, I can´t uncheck it. Then I have looked at my company configs, especially at share and content. All the settings are fine, allowing to anyone with the link to read and download. Can you help me to solve this? Thanks!
