For years Box.com has asked me to upgrade.   I finally try personal pro, and you won’t let me and you won’t let me pay, or submit a support ticket.    I tried 2 cards, same response.  Please do not bill me if  you are not going to let me upgrade.

I received a notice that I had been charged for the next month of service, but I had intended to cancel service. Is it possible to cancel now, and receive a refund for the service? I have not used it for over a week

Hello Box Community,I found several similar questions on the community, but none seemed to match our exact situation (specifically regarding the deletion and recreation of the Google account). Therefore, I am posting this new question.We are facing a login issue with a user in our organization, and we use Google Workspace.Here is the summary of the problem: A user previously logged into Box using their Google account. This original Google account was deleted. Later, a new Google account was created using the exact same email address. When the user now tries to log in to Box with this new Google account, they receive an error. I am trying to create a file, to which I can share a link with 80+ external users to easily allow them to upload their company’s logo.I’ve tried various setting in creating the link, but can’t seam to get it right.  No one has been successful in uploading any of their logo’s.What is the right way to do this?

I just completed the Salesforce integration with Box. However, we have many existing client folders that I would like to repurpose as Accounts folders. Is there a way to create the Account association by creating the folder metadata in Salesforce using existing folder IDs in Box. I understand I would need to add the folder Id and account record ID in the meta but am not sure how to see that data in the older box files. Or, if there is a better way to migrate the data, open to all suggestions. Thanks in advance! 

Hello,I am trying to establish a connection from one of our servers to a customers server. I have some scripts to ftps a file to their box.com account. The ports are open in our firewall but the command just hangs.I’m curious if because my account [removed by moderator] is a general / basic account if this feature is disabled or not allowed unless you have a upgrade account? i am using my account and trying to push it to the box.com/doi_talent folder which is owned by another customer and i believe they have a paid account with you guys.I’m getting no errors, just does not work. thank you for your time using curl commands

I have a business plan account and cannot create a support ticket.  I clicked on everything for a long time and I can only reach the support forum.   I tried everything I found on the support forum and still cannot connect to create a support ticket.  If anyone can please assist me. 

Hello: I provide IT support for a major university.  I need to download the Box Sync .msi file for installation on a Windows system.Yes, I know Box Sync is being deprecated in December, but I still need the installer.I can only find the installer for Box Drive but not Sync anywhere.   Please advise.Thank you.

I need to export the list of sub-folders in a shared folder. I am the owner of that folder but I am not an admin user in my organization. 

Hello, I’m having errors trying to link another email account. I need to change the current emails and according to what I read it’s the only way but I could do it. I was able to add one emails account, when I use the link, the link was expired and I wasn’t able to link again the accound nor another account. How can I do it or what can I do?.

A coworker, who is no longer with the company, was the owner of a folder in Box that contained numerous subfolders. Before they left, I was made the co-owner. However, the folder has since disappeared and is no longer accessible. Since the coworker has left and cannot be contacted, it's unclear whether any changes or deletions were made to the folder before their departure. How can I get the folder back?

Is there a way to change the expiration date on the shared links? I followed these steps:Located the file/ folder, clicked the Share option, then clicked Link Settings. The Shared Link Settings window opens. Under Link Expiration where Disable Shared Link is enabled, I clicked the calendar icon but it’s greyed out and I cannot change the date.Is there something else I can do or is this something that my IT department will have to resolve?

Hello, Hoping someone can help. Is there a way for me to run a report across the entire account that will show the folder sizes? I dont need the actual contents of the folders, only the folders/parent folders.Any help would be much appreciated.
