Hello Box Community,I found several similar questions on the community, but none seemed to match our exact situation (specifically regarding the deletion and recreation of the Google account). Therefore, I am posting this new question.We are facing a login issue with a user in our organization, and we use Google Workspace.Here is the summary of the problem: A user previously logged into Box using their Google account. This original Google account was deleted. Later, a new Google account was created using the exact same email address. When the user now tries to log in to Box with this new Google account, they receive an error. Hi Box -I just purchased a year of the Business plan, which includes 3 seats.Since I just purchased this, the plan shows just 1 user -- me.But when I try to add another user, it says I will get charged for a 4th seat. This doesn’t seem right.How can I add a user to one of the remaining 2 seats that are included in my plan?Thanks

Hi, we have Box Business with three users. It says unlimited storage but somehow only the admin has unlimited storage, the two other users only have 10GB. How can this be solved?

I’ve tried clearing my cache.  I’ve tried incognito mode.  I just set up this account today and I’m having issues submitting a ticket and setting up users.  This may be the worst product I’ve ever paid for.

I am trying to add user and I have seats available. However, Box wants to charge me everytime I add a user even though I have seats available. What is the fix here? 

Recently, I have experienced an issue where every Excel workbook I open from Box Drive will open with the message “This file has been moved. We recommend saving it now to finish moving it.”Some things to know:It only happens with Excel files, nothing else. The files have not been moved as their location, name, and last modified dates all reflect that which is in Box Online. Uninstalling and reinstalling Box Drive does not fix it Repairing Office does not fix itI have heard of other users having a similar issue but have not seen a resolution from Box yet regarding this.

I have a GoPro 360º camera and the video files come off like {filename}.360 (the file extension is *.360) and for some reason Box doesn't want to upload these files. I have other mp4 files in the same directory that are larger files and upload fine. I suspect the limitation is due to the file extension? Has anyone else seen this, and do you have any ideas for how to workaround it?   Screenshots:

It gives me the error: “Oops — that person already has a Box account”even though I deleted the account associated with that email. What do I do? I NEED to change the email on my box account to this other email because the one currently on my account I lost access to.  

How can I permanently Delete my account and not wait for the 120 days? I need my email address to be on boarded onto our corporate Box account.Thank you 

We have been receiving emails as shown below that includes a phishing links. How can we report this without needing to login? Can we report it via email? 

The old Authenticator app is stopping very soon I do have a new app.But no solution for how to transfer it to new Authenticator app.All other I could simple transfer by scanning QR code. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP!!

I deleted a large folder several times from the Box Drive app, and it does not appear in the browser version, but will not disappear from my list of main-level folders in Box Drive. It has a red dot with (I think) an exclamation mark in it. Trying to reduce the size of my list of folders.

I previously subscribed to the Personal Pro $10 plan some time ago. Recently, as my storage was full, I decided to upgrade. During the process, I was shown the Starter $5 plan, which clearly stated “All Personal Pro Features, plus”, and listed benefits such as 100GB storage and 2GB file upload limit. However, after completing the purchase, my account storage did not increase to 200GB as expected, and the additional features also do not seem to reflect what was stated.Could anyone help please clarify:Why my storage did not reflect the upgraded total capacity?If the Starter plan includes all Personal Pro features, why are those features not added to my account?Does the Starter plan add on top of Personal Pro, or does it replace the existing plan?How exactly should the storage and features be calculated based on these plan descriptions?  I’d appreciate all clarification on this matter. I am now getting a box asking to confirm move when moving files from one folder to another. It happens for each file being moved. This just started up and I move files daily so would like to turn this off but cannot see ow to do that. 

Due to an Authenticator malfunction, I was unable to log in, but I managed to log in using a backup code. However, since I cannot use a backup code every time, I would like to delete the currently registered multi-factor authentication method and re-register it.If I delete the currently registered authentication method, will I be automatically prompted to set up multi-factor authentication again? And if so, should I simply register the multi-factor authentication there?

Could you please provide guidance on BoxSDK?When retrieving folder IDs using BoxSDK, we are encountering an issue where multiple folder IDs are returned even though only one folder should exist.The following method is being looped, and more than 200 folder IDs are being obtained.Since we have specified modified_at for sorting, we suspect that this issue occurs because the timing of folder updates overlaps with the timing of the loop that retrieves folder IDs.
