複数ファイルを一括ダウンロードするとzipファイルが作成されますが、解凍したファイル名に英数字以外がスペースに変換されてしまいます。以前、他の人に共有してもらったリンクからダウンロードしたファイルでは消えていませんでした。設定などで変更可能であれば回避方法をご教示いただけますでしょうか。

I am trying to add a user - we currently have 9 and my admin account says that there is 1 available. When I try to add a user, I am told all available seats are taken.  Why the disparity?

Hi. When I try to log in to Box, it tells me my password has expired and I need to reset it. I clicked the link sent to my email to reset, successfully changed it, but then it takes me right back to the reset password screen and will not allow me to log in using the new password. This has happened multiple times. I’ve also tried going back to the home page and clicking log in again, but it takes me back to the reset password screen. Can you please assist?

I am creating a signature request using the API. When the end user accesses the sign-in link, this dialog appears and is in English language. How can I change this text language?

I lost my file suddenly about 1 year ago, and I want to recover my lost files if that poosible??? 

I have been attempting to initiate a DocGen process through the API, and am being met with a 403 error indicating insufficient permissions. According to the developer console, ‘Manage Doc Gen’ is checked and enabled. I even forced a token refresh to see if that would make things update. Those efforts have had no effect, and the 403 error is still present. Are there any further steps I can take?The error response in full:{"message":"Insufficient permissions: Document Generation scope not enabled for this OAuth application","status":"error","fileId":null}The app’s service account is the one performing the action, and I have verified that it has access to all of the relevant folders and files the call is attempting to interact with.

I’m trying to add a co-admin, but I’m getting this error: “Co-admin roles must be part of a verified domain. If you want to provide an exception for your co-admins, submit a request to product support.” Is this how I submit a request to product support?

I’m having trouble signing in to Box (free version) using my company email address.Although our company does not use Box, we receive and share documents with a customer via Box, so I need to be able to log in.However, I’m not sure about the two-factor authentication (2FA) settings for my account, and I believe this is preventing me from signing in. Could you please advise how I can complete the login process, especially regarding 2FA?Please note that I prefer not to include my company email address here. If necessary, I can share it privately in direct communication with support.

Working on files and all of a sudden the folder I was working in just disappeared! It's not in trash; this is several weeks of work!!!!

Hi, I’m trying to use the metadata query API to find files with a particular multiSelect value, but nothing I’m trying is working correctly and the documentation doesn’t even address this issue except to say that the “IN” operator won’t work on these fields. There has to be a way to do this. Currently , all I can do is find files with *the exact same list of multiSelect values* as I specify, but that’s not what I want. I want to be able to search for: assetType := “LOGO” and return all assets that *include* LOGO as one of the assetType values, but could contain other values as well. I’m not looking for items that only have that one value. So for instance, that search above should also match an item with assetType = ‘LOGO’, ‘ART’]   

Hello, I was wondering if I am able to reactivate my school email BOX account after deactivating it a few weeks ago. When I try putting in my email after clicking the reactivation link, it says there's an error and I get this message: “There was an error processing your request. The account associated with this email is not eligible for online reactivation. Please contact our Billing Support team at 1-877-729-4269 or billing@box.com.”  I appreciate any help in reactivating the account as I must use it for my school coursework. I set up a box account a few months ago using a generic email address for the company I work for. I need to change the admin control to my personal email address but it won’t let me because it says my domain is not activated and I need to submit a ticket. I’m not sure what to do. 

I am currently using a Box Individual account and would like to upgrade to the Starter Plan. However, when I try to complete the upgrade, I receive the following error message: There was an error processing your request.We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance. I have already double-checked my payment details and tried different browsers, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in upgrading my account to the Starter Plan?Thank you for your help in advance.

I applied my new contract on online.I choose monthly, but current my contract term is yearly. I would like to change my contract term from yearly to monthly.

The activation link was expired and I’m not able to perform admin.  Can link be resent?

I am trying to figure out how to use the “Push File to Box Action” in Salesforce flow (or really, any Box action for Salesforce Flow).Does ANY documentation exist for this? I feel like no matter what I search or where I search, there is NO documentation for Box actions for Salesforce flow. If anyone has successfully set up a flow that uses this action to push a file from Salesforce Files into Box, I would be incredibly grateful to see how you set it up. I have my own flow set up and I think I’m close (to my eyes, it should be all correct), but the file isn’t transferring into Box, so I must be missing something.Also, how does one put in a request for documentation? I would like to formally request documentation of existing Box actions for Salesforce flow.

We have an Enterprise plan with 4 seats purchased. 3 of 4 seats are currently occupied, and 1 seat remains available.We are trying to add a 4th user as a Managed User, but this user previously had an existing personal Box account associated with their email address.Steps we have taken so far:Asked the user to delete their previous Box account to free up the email address. Attempted to add the user via Admin Console > Users and Groups > Add Users Manually. Received the initial error ("1 user failed to be added") and clicked Save a second time as recommended in Box documentation. On the second Save, the system shows a continuous loading spinner, and a notification appears on screen: "Cannot add this user." The loading never completes and the user is never added.What we are requesting:We need immediate assistance to resolve this issue so that we can add this user to our enterprise as a Managed User. We have been unable to use 1 of our 4 purchased seats due to this problem.Please tak

For the past two weeks we have not been receiving email notifications form Box when tasks are assigned or completed. We checked with our email provider and no Box emails are being blocked or filtered.
