Can't restore important files from Trash - "not enough space" error, but Trash shouldn't count toward quotaHi,I accidentally lost important files from my Box account and they're currently sitting in Trash. When I try to restore them, I get this error:"We could not perform this action because you do not have enough space in your account."My account is on the 10GB free plan. According to Box's own documentation, items in Trash should not count toward my total storage allocation - so this looks like a storage count/calculation issue on my account rather than an actual lack of space.Could someone from the Box team please recalculate/correct my storage count so I can restore these files? This is time-sensitive as Trash items are eventually purged permanently. Thank you for your help.

Hi, I have been using Box Sync for around 10 years, just for my wife and I to share files on PC, laptop, phones and tablets so that we can have access when we need it. The total of our files is less that 3GB and they are all synced to all devices.As Box Sync is nearing EOL I’m wondering if Box Drive will work just the same or if I will have to configure it differently.Any help gratefully received.Andy.

I am clicking on the email verification link the second I get it and it says its expired!  Not the best first impression

We are using a free box account to store files for a small, local non-profit.  I am stepping away from the board.  How can we change the main email to someone else?

We are trying to upgrade our plan and there is a payment error, it asks to verify all fields again or contact support. We tried multiple cards and the same error occurs. Please advise on how we may proceed.

I'm curious what could be causing pending collaboration invites to auto-remove on our enterprise. I've had about two dozen pending invites silently disappear over the last two months, and I can't figure out where it's coming from on our end.A few relevant things:In Admin Console under Content & Sharing → Invited Collaborators Expiration Settings, "Automatically remove invited collaborators" is unchecked and has been for as long as I remember. I haven't changed enterprise settings in months. The admin log shows COLLABORATION_REMOVE events created by user ID 1 with no login, always around 30 days after the original invite.

Since I'm unable to contact anyone at the company, I'd love to rely on the insights and wisdom of the community. I have three users on my company account, I am the admin and I have created a file structure. I would like my other two colleagues to see the exact same file structure when they login. If they make any changes, it would also reflect on the other two people's visibility as well. How do I do that?

I have sent an invite to a user and they have accepted it (I received the confirmation email), but when they try to set-up their account the email to verify the account does not come through. They have checked spam/junk. Is there another way to set them up?

Hi!I´m trying to configure a shareable link allowing anyone with the link to see the folder.But it only allow me to set the link to invited users. I have looked at my folder config, and it´s marked that only collaborators can access the links, and this checkbox is disabled, I can´t uncheck it. Then I have looked at my company configs, especially at share and content. All the settings are fine, allowing to anyone with the link to read and download.Can you help me to solve this? Thanks!

Hi,Since yesterday, I have been receiving the following error whenever I try to download files from Box:"The selected item/s exceed the download size limit."In the past, I was able to download much larger folders without any issues. However, since yesterday, Box no longer allows me to do so.This appears to be related to a specific folder and sub-folders, where I’m co-owner and the size of folders is smaller that 10GB. For other folders I am not experiencing the same issue. It looks more like an administrative restriction or a change in the download limits applied to my account (Enterprise Advanced).Could you please advise how to resolve this issue?

Hello. I can not change my current regular account to developer account. AFAIK to change the account to developer, i need to register again with the same credentials, but this does not work. What’s the problem?

Hi everyone,We noticed a strange issue with Box video preview.We uploaded the same video file (about 5MB) to two different folders:one for internal use one for external accessThe video plays smoothly in the internal folder, but in the external folder it just keeps spinning/buffering and won’t preview properly.We also tried uploading another small video file (about 1MB) from a different account, and that one also could not be previewed online.Since both files are very small, we’re wondering if this could be related to folder settings, permissions, or shared link settings.Has anyone seen this before or know what might cause it?Thanks!

I am trying to get a copy of the Soc 2 Type 2 report for Box on behalf of my client as their security consulting service. I am reading on multiple other requests and support messages that you will need to open a ticket to get this, however, when going to the links provided in these other discussions, I do not get an option to open a Support Request, just to do community. Is anyone able to help me get in contact with Box Support to get this report as it is needed for my client's upcoming audit.
