Solved

I need to change my email address because my email provider is shutting down. I couldn’t find a way to contact customer service directly. Looking forward to receiving advice/support.Thank you!

I am receiving a "storage full" notification on my account, but my actual usage is well below the limit. I still have plenty of available space, but the system is not updating or allowing me to upload files.Could someone please help me resolve this issue or force-refresh my account storage status?

Hello! When Content Insights identifies an authenticated collaborator’s action as “Downloaded,” which methods generate that event? Specifically, does the event occur when the collaborator : (1) previews the file, (2) opens it in Microsoft Word for the web using Office co-authoring, (3) opens it in desktop Word through Box Edit, (4) opens it through Box Drive, OR (5) manually selects Download? We need to distinguish browser-based co-authoring from actions that create a local copy for compliance purposes. Thanks in advance for the responses and insights!

I understand this can happen due to permissions, link removal, or account access issues. However, in my case, I only have the shared link and do not know who owns the file or folder, so I'm unable to contact the owner directly. Is there any way to identify the owner or determine who shared the link? Are there any troubleshooting steps I can take to verify whether the issue is with permissions, a removed link, or my account access? Thanks for any guidance.

I need a copy of your SOC 2 report for audit purposes please Thank you!

I am adding a user but it gives me an error “invitation available for freemium account holders”. Not sure what to do from there. Any help would be great!

I am the admin of an Enterprise account.  We are unable to create a support ticket. Going to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new only allows us to post to the community, clicking “Contact Support on https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/ also redirects to the community.  The box pricing page says Enterprise has “Standard Business Support”, yet there is no way to access it.

How can I delete my account and everything think related to Box

We are trying to upgrade our plan and there is a payment error, it asks to verify all fields again or contact support. We tried multiple cards and the same error occurs. Please advise on how we may proceed.

I have tried to purchase the upgrade for my space (from the free version to Box Personal Pro), but each time I get blocked with a message that says something like: “Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket to customer support.” What should I do?

The confirmation email has expired, so please resend it.

I am now getting a box asking to confirm move when moving files from one folder to another. It happens for each file being moved. This just started up and I move files daily so would like to turn this off but cannot see ow to do that.

My box drive can no longer sync and is saying I am out of space. However this is not the case. I have upgraded and should be allocated 100GB. We are using 19GB as per the admin console.  Could I please open a support ticket to resolve this? Thank you,Gary

I am trying to get a copy of the Soc 2 Type 2 report for Box on behalf of my client as their security consulting service. I am reading on multiple other requests and support messages that you will need to open a ticket to get this, however, when going to the links provided in these other discussions, I do not get an option to open a Support Request, just to do community. Is anyone able to help me get in contact with Box Support to get this report as it is needed for my client's upcoming audit.

I don’t like the new linear view on the collections page.  Please bring it back!  I need to see them all at once.

I tried three times to purchase the upgrade for my space, but each time I get blocked with a message that says something like: “Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket to customer support.” What should I do?

Hi, I’m request urgent assistance with recovering data that was maliciously deleted and purged from a shared enterprise folder.A collaborator recently removed and permanently purged critical business files. Because the items were manually purged, standard trash recovery from our end has not been successful. Could we be able to request a backend data restoration to yesterday?

Hello, I created an App to help generate an API Key for use in some automation I need to complete. It has been in “Pending Enablement” for a while and I want to ask for support to get this approved. Can someone please help with getting this approved?

I am missing multiple files, files that I have created and others that were shared via box. Need help to either restore or regain access to these as they are very sensitive.

i would like to know is there anyway that i can retrieve deleted files from empty trash? It seems like someone from my collaborator has been accidentally deleted the shared files.

Hi,I have a service account that was invited into a few client’s folders. It was probably renamed and it is under developers console → Platform Apps → Name of app now. I got everything here as Authorized and enabled since Jan 2023. Client changed security and enforces 2FA now, which I do have for my account. If I go to to the Content Manager, I see nothing here. All folders I had access to are gone. From the folder’s perspective I see the automation user as Pending I’m also Co-owner in another folder and I have rights to resend the invitationit says it does sent the email but that email is automatically generated so I assumed it comes to me or ideally all owners of the app as listed here but nope, I didn’t receive anything nor other Admins. How am I supposed to accept the invitation to virtual email that doesn’t exist? My use case is that I want to upload files or create sub-folders in a given folder from our integration application. It is our client’s Box probably as Enterprise and th
