Can no longer access my old Box account

I no longer have access to an old email address that I used to create my Box account and do not remember my old password. Is there any way for me to access my old Box account to retrieve my files and move them to my new Box account?

Welcome to Box Community, and we will discussion your available option to access your Box account when your email is already invalid. 

 

In order to assist you with this request we must have confirmation from the account email on record. If you are able to, please reply to this ticket from your confirmed account email.

 

If you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.

 

Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect your account against unauthorized access.
