Hi, I'm trying to upload files to another users Box account but it keeps popping up with "account storage limit reached" even though I am only using 1.8MB of 10GB. I've seen in the forum that people with similar issues have had it reset but is there anything I can do to sort it from my end? Thanks

The Google Sheets timeline that can be used on the Google Workspace screen for certain users is not displayed on the BOX and cannot be used. Available to other users. You can edit Google Spreadsheet timelines created by other users. How can I enable a specific user to use the Google Sheets timeline?
There is some missing files in the subfolder. But the main folder shows there is xx number of files in the subfolder. When opened subfolder, it is empty and missing. Please help.

My 2FA cannot be disabled, I cannot generate new backup codes, I cannot add a new 2FA. Everything I try creates an error. For example, generating a new set of backup codes: If I remove the 2FA from my account, it claims it worked: I even get an email indicating it was removed. However, refreshing the security settings continues to show it is enabled: If I do remove it without refreshing the security settings, I do get a new "Setup" button. But trying to add an authenticator app results in an error in that the QR code never appears: Trying to add SMS using every conceivable formatted phone number I can think of always yields this: And finally, if I try to set up an email code: I didn't even select an address. It sent to the default on file. Please help. I'm down to my last backup code.
I've seen others have success posting here: can someone in Support run the storage recalculation scripts for my developer account? File reports and account status are saying I'm using anywhere from 6GB to 9.9GB of storage but I only see about 200MB of files in my current folders created my user or my managed users. One of my colleagues are facing the below issues with Box: 1. Whenever he creates a new folder with a specific name on Box Drive, the folder automatically gets renamed to Untitled Folder and even if he tries renaming it, the same issue occurs. He has to specially use box on the browser just to rename the folder. This slows down the work. 2. Some folders don't sync properly with the original name, and once it is renamed to "1" it syncs properly. Kindly let me know if there is a way to solve these problems

I used to use my mobile phone number to receive an SMS for two factor authentication. It worked fine, but it took a while to receive the SMS. So I decided to setup the usage of an authenticator app instead. The box website first requested me to remove two factor authentication via sms first, before I could select another method, so I removed SMS. Then when I tried to set up the authenticator app, the QR code would not display! I tried multiple times, till I finally gave up. Then when I tried to reenable SMS again, it said that my phone number was an invalid phone number, despite it being the exact same number that I have used for years, and worked fine until I removed it a few minutes ago. Now I can't even get back the SMS two factor authentication that I was using before I tried enabling the app.
