I have an individual account, using google to sign-in. I'm unable to change, or create a password. Every time I get an error when trying to create a password. I cannot change the password since I don't have an existing password.

I am unable to change our admin email address through Account Settings. When trying to submit a case, it asks me to confirm the email address. The link to confirm then says 403 Forbidden after entering the password.
I've set up an account for one of our new employees, but the confirmation email never comes through. I've been trying this for hours. I then decided to do a test. I created another account with a different name and email, and it worked as it should, but for some odd reason, it does not work for the new employee. Please advise. Thank you!

We are trying to move our website to memberplanet. I am making progress but am stuck on the document storage links to the site. I keep getting this message below. I get this error when I trying to create a hyperlink from site to Box. app.box.com refused to connect. I contac ed memberplanet and they said it is issue on the box side. I created my account via Google and now when I try to set a password, I get an error message telling me one cannot be set. I cannot access a folder shared with me unless I have a password that meets the sharer's standards. Please help. I'm stuck without being able to set a password.

I am used to a file system that allows for a "detail view" whereby my screen can see 50+ file names. In BOX, I only can see 10 or so files on one page without having to scroll. Is there a setting that would create a more consolidated view or font size?

Dear Support, My work colleague had access to a folder containing 29 sub folders - using Sharing - External Shared. Now he can only see 3 of the sub folders. No other settings appear to have changed
I've been working on a word doc or 2 days and accidentally closed it without saving changes. I thought I'd only lose the last 10 minutes of so of work by accessing the version history on Box. However when I go to version history, there's nothing there. It only has the original creation date from two days ago. How is this possible? How often does Box save a version history.
Anyone having an issue opening excel files? All was working well until Monday 7/22 morning. No one on our team is able to get in.
Used to be able to do this and no longer can and it is driving me CRAZY. Everyone in our company is not able to do this anymore either, as I have asked around.
The application gives me an error message saying "There may be open files that Box Drive cannot detect. To prevent any loss of the work, please ensure any open Box files are saved and closed before you quit."
I have a request from a user to have their account deleted and all data moved to another person. I have checked multiple posts on this forum but there doesn't seem to be a clear answer or they are extremely outdated.I know that when deleting an account, I am asked whether I want to move that data to another person or simply delete it.However, I have a couple questions: 1. Is simply selecting the new account upon deletion enough to move ALL data from one account to the other? 2. Does that break any existing links to the data? (sent to external and internal collaborators) 3. How long would it take for, let's say, 300 GBs of data for that operation to complete? 4. If there is data lost, how can it be recovered?
Where can I actually get an answer to this question. I see only questions and no answers in the forum. I've added a new managed user, but keep getting a message that they're not associated with an Enterprise. I've added them, but they don't show up in my list of managed users. HELP!!
