Still using up storage after file deletion.
Dear Box team, I recently cleared my box storage but it's still taking up storage, could you kindly check into it and clear it if possible? Thank you

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
