Can I remove the expiration date on links on multiple files at once or is only possible one at a time?
remove sharing expiration date in Bulk

Hi
Welcome to Box Community, and we are here to help disable your shared links.
You cannot remove or modify the expiration dates of shared links on multiple files at once; it is only possible to do so one at a time.
Here are the key details regarding how shared link expiration behaves in Box:
-
No Bulk/Cascading Removal: When an owner or editor removes or modifies the expiration date of a shared link on a parent folder, the change only affects that parent folder. Box does not automatically cascade or apply that removal to the sub-folders and files contained within it.
-
Individual File Management: To remove or change an expiration date, you must open the individual shared link settings for each specific file, uncheck the "Disable Shared Link on" checkbox under Link Expiration, and save your changes.
-
Admin Controls: While end-users must manage individual file link expirations one by one, Box Administrators can establish global auto-expiration policies (via the Admin Console or Box Shield) that apply default expiration timeframes to files and folders across the entire enterprise.
