Hi @Hill Rise, welcome to Box Community, and we are here to investigate your storage exceeded error.

Upon review, it shows that your Box account has reached its storage allocation. You can check it by logging in to Box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

To continue your upload, please delete unnecessary files from your Box account or increase your storage allocation.

Hope it helps!

The usage show 9.3GB  of “Other” files this is wrong. I reported  a similiar issue a year ago ( issue #3248096) and it was resolved.

Id be very grateful if you could investigate

Many thanks,
